About

The little sub shop that began over 30 YEARS AGO in Denver, still has the same BOLD IDEAS that Quiznos had in the beginning.

Story

WE’RE BOLD

The little sub shop that began over 30 years ago in Denver, CO still has the same bold ideas that we had in the beginning. We boldly believe that your food should taste great and that we should use only the highest quality ingredients to create your perfect lunch.

WE DARE TO BE DIFFERENT

Think all sub sandwiches are equal? Horseradish! Toasting is a wake-up call for flavor! We’ve been sandwich-toasting fanatics since the first day we opened our doors. Everything gets toasted at Quiznos. Heck, if it doesn’t come from Quiznos, it’s gonna leave you cold!

UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY

You can’t fake quality. No mystery meat here – we use butcher-quality meats, all-natural cheeses, chef-designed signature sauces and toasted artisan bread. If you want mystery, go to the public library.

EVERY ORDER MADE TO ORDER

Our Chef is an expert at making yum, but you’re even experter when it comes to your taste. Make your meal your own. Spice it up with our Pepper Bar, add some extra bacon or switch out the cheese. Just don’t jump over the counter to make it yourself – we’ve got big, hot toasters back here.

CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

At Quiznos, our goal is to become both the franchisor and employer of choice. We work together to achieve company goals, yet respectfully embrace our individual differences. At Quiznos, we recognize we cannot attain these goals without having a diverse assembly of team members, franchisees, guests, affiliates and partners.

Respect and acknowledgment of our differences aid us in treating each individual in a manner in which they want to be treated. Quiznos is resolved to contribute to a workplace where our team members are compassionate and show respect for our different backgrounds, values, and beliefs.

While the staff were somewhat pleasant albeit seemingly insincere, the bread was burned nearly to black and contained toppings we didn’t ask for, and which one of us is allergic to. Basically, there were two of us ordering the same sub but with different toppings… and twice I tried to give my toppings first, while leaving my colleague to explain what he wanted separately, to avoid confusion. Despite my two attempts, the staff insisted on hearing both of our toppings selections at the same time. Immediately, the woman assembling the sub repeated back my toppings in incorrectly. This is why I tried to explain the subs one at a time. So, for a third time, we explained what we wanted, sat down, and waited for our subs. To my colleague’s dismay, both subs contained green peppers, despite the fact that bell peppers are not listed as toppings on this particular sub, and despite the fact that they were not mentioned by the person assembling the food. We were asked about every other topping cucumber, onion, mushrooms, etc but no mention was made of the peppers. By the time we hit the road and later discovered that the sub was made incorrectly and burned, there was no point going back. Unfortunately, my colleague is allergic to green peppers so he could not eat the sub. As for me… I’ve been out of the country for two years and was really looking forward to Quiznos, only to be disappointed by a burned sub. This is why I prefer to watch what is going on behind the counter, but the setup here prevents me from doing so. Compartments are left open, with the doors blocking the customer’s view. I could have stopped her if I’d seen her reach for the peppers. It’s not my job to second-guess my order and take it out of the bag to unwrap it and check it before I leave the store, then wrap it back up and leave. If this is how it should be now, then I won’t eat at Quiznos anymore. Quite frankly, the food should be made right the first time, especially when you have a customer standing there, explaining it to you in real time. Don’t block the process or ask me to go sit down; let me observe—the way we used to when Quiznos first started. I get that mistakes happen, but this was all preventable, on every level. My advice to the store: please stop and listen when a customer wants to explain their requirements thoroughly and separately from the rest of the order, because allergies might be a factor; fix your oven because it’s charring the bread; and lastly, if you see that the bread is burned, kindly inform the customer that you’ll have to remake the sandwich so that we don’t drive away and discover it later. My feeling now—after two years away—is that Quiznos has gone downhill… but I’m hoping this is just a fluke occurrence because I’ve eaten here before and didn’t have this problem.
Excellent subs with the great customer service team. Catered for a corporate lunch. The sub tasted really good. It was fresh and packaged as per my request. The manager - Jigar was very helpful in every step of the way. Food was delivered on time. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Food poisoning for both my husband and myself, he has meatball sub and I had chicken carbonara. While in this facility I noticed there was cold deli meat sitting on the counter for the 10-15 minutes I was in the store. Please ensure you are practicing food safety and handling.
Best Subs Ever !! If you get Extra Meat. It's Exactly like the old school Quizno's that I Loved 25 Years Ago.even with Extra Meats its Cheaper and Better than FH. Change up your Sauces for Variety!! Love the Steak and Chicken.Food: 5/5
This place is horrible. My husband and I came into the store and ordered 2 6" subs and I got a glass of water and he got a small fountain drink. We were eating our meal for about 10 mins and the lady who did not serve us came up to my husband and said you did not pay for your drink, you need to pay now! We were both astonished with how it was handled because when we ordered with our original server we told him what we would like and he gave us the total we paid the bill and thought everything was good to go. Mind you $18 for 2 6" subs is way over priced in my opinion. If she wanted to know all she had to do was come and ask us instead of loudly accusing him of stealing juice infront of other customers. Apparently the server never put in the small fountain drink on the bill and the lady accused him of stealing juice while we are sitting in the restaurant eating a nice meal. Seriously this was the worst customer service I've ever received. They are racist here and I'd never come back! If I could give 0 stars I would.
My Son wanted to try Quiznos after seeing a commercial that aired in the 80’s, so we drove 1.25 hours for lunch. Other than the staff not being very helpful to first timers, the meal was quite good. My son said his sub had ton of flavour compared to the competition. I really enjoyed my soup but the flat bread fell a bit flat for flavour, it needed more ooomph. All in all, we will be back next time we are that way, my Son insists.
We just went to this place and the quality is completely gone. The girl on the register processed money and then she put toppings on our subs with the same gloves. Not to mention she put so much sauce on it was dripping from the sides. Some things are just common sense. Will never go there again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this location for years and have always had good quality fresh food and nice customer service. Since the new owners took over the quality is awful. I also do not appreciate the lack of hand hygiene, when going from handling cash to making my sandwich without washing hands is gross. The pickles are weird not like Quiznos dill pickles and the Gluten Free bread is different. Overall I am extremely disappointed and I will not be back.
The ambiance is gone. There's no colour on the walls anymore. No music. Food is kind of the same as it was before new owners. But with living in the south end of town its just not worth it anymore to take the trip here.Food: 3/5
Not great. The owners have decided to cut costs by reducing regular services like drink selection, free refills and additional toppings
