It's rare to find truly healthy quick food options while out and about. I had the "Spicy Greens" juice and watched them add the fresh fruits and veggies into the juicer. They adjusted the ingredients at my request. It was delicious, healthy, and fast. And apparently organic, from the sign. Friendly service. Locals came in and seemed to be familiar with the crew, which is always a good sign. We had a nice chat after. There are only two café tables inside with two chairs each, and a few outside as well, so it's more of a to-go place.
Great place for a healthy and tasty breakfast before sightseeing. A friend and I ate here both mornings of a recent stay in London. Food was fresh and served promptly. I tried a different smoothie each day, delicious and I felt full of energy all morning. Staff were very friendly. They helped us have a great start to each day, thank you. I would recommend.
Arrived just after 4pm closing time online says 5pm and they had started closing. No food was available, and this was no issue for us as we were after a smoothie / juice. I’m not sure they were happy we were fine with the limited menu. The juices were nice but when asked if I could use the toilet I was just told it was not possible. I said we’d sit outside and we were told we’d only have 15 mins again it was fine we only needed 5/10 mins to finish the drinks. So we sat there, feeling they weren’t happy about it and rushing anyway because I needed the toilet. The juices were good but so not worth it.
A great little cafe with a variety of healthy and fresh lunch options. The service is polite and very quick, and you have quite a number toppings and dressings to make your salad to your liking. Bonus points for keeping all the ingredients very fresh, and quite filling : Pop by for a healthy lunch, which also makes you feel goodFood: 5/5
Great lunch boxes on the go in Covent Garden. Large choice of salads, grains and proteins. I usually for the Large salad box with salmon they warm it up on the grill. Super healthy! Staff is friendly, service is fast, food is really good. Large box doesn’t seem that big but it fills you up!
Great staff and service. Great food and healthy, a little on the expensive side but it’s worth it for the fresh organic food you get. Would definitely recommend coming here for a healthy lunch/brunch! Smoothies were also very good!

Bad 'smoothie' and bad vibes, despite there being a neon sign saying 'good vibes only'. A colleague and I went here and although we had already seen another place that did smoothies and was busy, we chose this small place, despite there being no one else there. I asked if I could have strawberries added to a smoothie for free and I got an annoyed lecturing response saying 'if you were to ask for another shot of alcohol in a bar it would cost more'. Whilst I see the point, it wasn't an unfair question seen as all the smoothie had in it was cheap ingredients - banana, oats, peanut putter and milk. After the contradiction to the 'good vibes only' sign, my colleague and I were very dissapointed with the 'smoothie', which was more like a thin milkshake. It tastes more of oats and milk - aka porridge - than anything else. It probably had one banana in it and the taste was very weak. We didn't really taste any peanut butter; it may have not even had any in there. I thought about going back on the day but didn't end up going back so here is my review. Based on the defensive reaction to my question about strawberries, I'm not sure it would have led to a productive conversation anyway.
Eggs Florentine usually has poached eggs...and shouldn't the spinach be cooked? Maybe I didn't read the menu clearly. Sauce was gelatinous. Not good at all unfortunately. We couldn't even stomach it and had to throw it away.
If you've ever wonder what's the least food you can get for the money, you've come to the right place! For a great price of £10, you get a leftover portion of so called Mediterranean Breakfast box.
