Nice choices, good prices. Big queues because the checkout people insisted on having a chat with the customers.
Had a very pleasant interaction with staff and management yesterday afternoon! There was an item of clothing which was on one of the display mannequins that I liked and couldn't find anywhere around the store so I asked a member of staff who had a quick look around and couldn't find anything, instead of telling me they're out of stock and apologising like I'd expect a minimum wage worker with a busy job to do, she not only went and checked in the back but when she still couldn't find the item I wanted she contacted her management who came out to me with 2 other employees who apologised and after around 10 minutes found the item of clothing I wanted! They went above and beyond for what I'd expect from a big clothing company who generally have dismissive and unhelpful staff, left feeling pleasantly surprised, superb workers!
Always a great shopping experience, but even better than that, when I suddenly became very unwell in the changing rooms the staff went above and beyond to look after me & keep me calm. I'm so thankful for the great support & care shown to me at the Merryhill branch, in particular Kat who went above and beyond to look after me.
Tidy and neat. I know I know but it's the truth! Very orderly and lots of reduction rails/ items all very neat, easy to shop and browse around. Great range of sizes.
What can you say allways get what your looking for at reasonable prices.Staff allways helpful.
