Home section. My daughter lip started pouring with blood today out of nowhere and jack and another man helped getting the first aid kit. Fortunately it stopped but they still helped and chatted to my daughter really nicely. Thank you so much
UPDATE - I got my money back a month and a half later! A till error took my payment but did not go through the till - so even though I could prove the money had left my bank account they wouldn't let me take my goods. The assistant manager, Jaimie, had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I will not use cashless moving forwards and won't be using Primark. Attached photo shows their idea of a guarantee of getting my money back! Pathetic.
Nice choices, good prices. Big queues because the checkout people insisted on having a chat with the customers.
Anyone else been scammed from primark? Merry Hill. Cashier didn’t give me all of my purchases items and didn’t realise until I got home that all items not in the bag. Dodgy filling the bag up behind the till by his feet, when there wasn’t really a huge amount of purchases. Impossible to get through by telephone.
Had a very pleasant interaction with staff and management yesterday afternoon! There was an item of clothing which was on one of the display mannequins that I liked and couldn't find anywhere around the store so I asked a member of staff who had a quick look around and couldn't find anything, instead of telling me they're out of stock and apologising like I'd expect a minimum wage worker with a busy job to do, she not only went and checked in the back but when she still couldn't find the item I wanted she contacted her management who came out to me with 2 other employees who apologised and after around 10 minutes found the item of clothing I wanted! They went above and beyond for what I'd expect from a big clothing company who generally have dismissive and unhelpful staff, left feeling pleasantly surprised, superb workers!
