Love shopping here. Ladies clothes for the larger lady with everything under one roof. Shoes up to a size 10 in a extra wide fit
Almost impossible to get clothes off the racks because they're packed in super tight. The security tags get tangled if you try and pull other hangers off too. Not a relaxing experience if you've got two hands but if you're holding on to a walking stick then you'll give up!
Ordered something online to collect in store. The staff who served me told me I needed to show some form of ID but was not told what I could use. The email I received when ordering online said I could either show that email OR use ID. This resulted in miscommunication which was disappointing for myself and the staff in store. Collected from a different store a couple of weeks later and was not asked for the confirmation email or ID, just my name. Will be using that store from now on.
Came to Merry Hill specifically for the Evans as the one in Birmingham City Centre has closed down. Got loads of lovely clothes in the sale, tops that were £28-£35 reduced to as little as £10. Lots of bargains to be found, I managed to spend £120 and came out with a huge bag full of clothes
I love Evan's they sell clothes for larger ladies and footwear too and underwear The quality of their clothes are good too especially Jean's they're hard wearing .Their not expensive and they often have sales on too
Nicely laid out easy to find things always discounted items on sale. Mostly for sizes 18 and over some times you can get smaller sizes. Can also shop online
Not very helpful, we ordered items previously paid for, but when I wanted to buy a coat off the rack no help was available. Lost sale of £80
Good clothes, expensive. If you're plus size and like to cover up more this is perfect but if you want clothing which feels more young and modern then I'd recomend Yours.
Staff left me in the changing room for 10 mins after I'd asked for a different size, she didnt even apologise AND bought the wrong trousers back to me... wasn't happy
I was there to pick up an order & bought a couple of t-shirts while there. As usual, the staff were v helpful & pleasant.
