Quinto Bookshop

About

Quinto is a second-hand bookshop on Charing Cross Road, Soho.

Story

Quinto Bookshop is in the basement of Francis Edwards, our rare and antiquarian division. The shop has a long history on Charing Cross Road and used to be on the corner until two years ago when we moved up to number 72.

We sell all kinds of second-hand books and completely refresh our stock for the first Tuesday of each month so there's always something new to be discovered.

We buy books if you have a large collection that you want to sell and we can also supply books in quantity at great prices for use as props or interior decoration.

One of the best shops. I nearly always find something I've been looking for when I come here
I really love this bookshop. The basement has an eclectic range of second hand book at reasonably cheap prices. It's the last of the 'old style' secondhand bookstores on this road, and the last of a dying breed in London unfortunately. The staff are friendly. This bookshop is worth a look if you're in this area.
Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and have a lot of ancient stuff in brilliant condition. I saw an 1840s book where the pages were still white! I've never seen one in a bookshop which hadn't gone quite brown over the years. Jolly nice, old scream!
Excellent stock. Wonderful staff.
Wonderful and fascinating collection of books. The only negative are the staff, sadly. They are not particularly outgoing and seem devoid of interest in having any conversation.
A lovely antiquarian bookshop witj a great selection, though pricey compared to nearby Any Amount of Books.
Lovely if you have the time to browse. It's not easy to find exactly what you want without asking, but this adds to the charm. Always something interesting to find if you live books.
I really like this place it's great to indulge in some reading material here excellent collection
Loved having a look downstairs in their basement where there's a huge range of books to choose from! Students also get a 10% discount with a valid student ID, which was really useful. Would love to come back again sometime soon!
