Check your change. I'm seriously serious check your card payments as they will over charge you........ Advertising happy hour 9 till 10 all spirits. But when your card payment hits they are charging you full prices. .. when quired why charged so much they point to another sign at the other end of the bar which states other priceses. . Shame this is the place that could have been a nice plays apart from there underhanded pricing tactics they use to take advantage of those the believe are drunk. Haaaa we caught you. Shame on you.. shame..... .....
Love this place! Staff are always really sweet and helpful, cheap drinks and has a jukebox you can use change to queue up songs, and the selection of music is ENORMOUS. This is by far my favourite bar. So glad they have food as a portion of cheesy chips helps me sober up dead quick so the night can keep going! Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian and I always get a margherita pizza, chips or cheesy chips. They're incredible. There may be more options but I'm not aware. Kid-friendliness: It's kid-friendly during the day to my knowledge, I believe they show cartoons on the TVs for when families come in. However, I'd recommend getting out before 6, as that's when the night life tends to begin, and at some point a bouncer shows up. Everyone who goes to Quids who I know personally leaves drunk - so probably just come here for a meal during the day if you have kids. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is up a flight of stairs and it doesn't seem like a wheelchair accessible entrance exists, but could be worth ringing in advance to see.
racist staff I really hope it is dealt with in a serious manner because I felt I was not treated fairly when I was at Quids Inn on Sunday 31st March 2024. Please check security staff cameras as well as the other CCTV footage you have around the premises and you will see where my review comes from.
Great atmosphere, great prices. Good bar to relax with some friends before going clubbing or when the pub is too full. Drinks are on the pricier side, but not to a ridiculous amount. Number of people depends on when you go, and which part of the bar, but tends to not be terribly crowded. Crowd is almost always students, and pretty much anyone you speak to is chill. Would absolutely recommend going if you need a bar to just wind down in with some friends
Will never come again, Previous owners were much better. Staff stood at the bar making comments on guests and eating whilst I was waiting to be served.Food: 1/5
Have had a great time every visit to Quids. Good atmosphere and music. Pizza was also good for when the hunger strikes.Food: 5/5
The place to go for pre-drinks or just a night out with mates. Cheap drinks and decent service. Not much to complain about
Pizza review- absolutely outstanding. The pizza they serve here is top tier quality, the base is perfectly soft yet crisp at the edges, with a brilliant crust, sauce and toppings are A* quality and it is cooked and served to perfection. Honestly one of the greatest pizzas I have ever ordered. When it comes to the pub, it’s good on a good day, but if you’re having a bad day just go get one of the pizzas, they’re sensational.
Relaxed student pub with a jukebox that plays the most disparate mixes of people's choices or pranks? Has a casual rooftop with wooden furniture, billiard table and nicely separated booths for small groups. Friendly bar staff.
