Very use less and rude , charged me but didn't repair my ps4 , kept my ps4 a week they don't know whats wrong with ps4, never give satisfied answer, don't go this shop, very bad customers services, don't go to them , they make things worse, Lady on desk can't speak English, can't understand what she saying

useless, waited over a month for a repair, when i rang they shouted at me for being concerned, very very rude. in the end i had to send some in just to collect it. and they were being rude to her aswell. never go again
