Queen of Tarts is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly baked goods and the cozy atmosphere. The food was simply divine – each dish bursting with flavor and made with the utmost care. And let me tell you about their Baileys cheesecake – it's a must-try! Creamy, rich, and utterly indulgent, it's a dessert lover's dream come true. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall delightful experience. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, Queen of Tarts is the perfect spot. I can't wait to come back for more!
We came her for breakfast on our last day in Dublin and both ordered the eggs your way breakfast. The food was good and very filling. The eggs were good, potatoes were seasoned well and the toast was very fresh. Orange juice was fresh pressed and the tea came as a cute little set up. Our server wasn’t the most attentive but it didn’t bother us too much. If she came around more I would have ordered more like another beverage and maybe a dessert. After sitting with our empty plates for quiet some time I finally walked to the front counter to pay. I think it’s a little on the pricier side for a breakfast meal but it was an overall enjoyable dining experience.
It was a fantastic cafe in the quiet area of the center of Dublin. It's very popular during lunchtime. I visited in the morning and their service and the cake were incredible! Scorn was super big and it would be enough to feed three people! Carrot cake was also great!Food: 5/5
I had the chocolate fudge cake and it was amazing. Super moist and chocolatey, but very heavy. I was full for the rest of the day! I had a nice coffee with it too. I only wish they were open later for dessert after dinner.Food: 4/5
Spent 2 days in Dublin. The first day we went for breakfast here. I had poached eggs and they were delicious. The second day we nipped back and had the Nutella Scone. There were so many desserts to choose from though. Its a shame they don't do a sample menu with a choice of about 3 because they all looked delicious! We got a table pretty easy with just the 2 of us. I think we got there just in time at breakfast because after we were seated there seemed to be a queue forming outside so we got lucky. I will definitely return when I go back to Dublin as I want to try more of their desserts
Food is nice and the place by itself is nice and also very well located. However the staff could treat customers nicer. We got in touch with 3 different staff there and only one was really nice, the others looked like they were doing a favour to us. I understand that a Saturday afternoon is a really busy time but that’s not an excuse to treat customers like that.
Wonderful cafe in Temple Bar. The cakes sounded amazing, but I chose a raspberry scone which came with butter, cream and jam. It was the best scone I've ever had! Coffee was excellent. Friendly staff. I believe you can take away.Food: 5/5
The place is a bit cramped but very charming and cozy at the same time. The servers were nice and helpful. The food was really, really good, although a bit on the expensive side. We had a swirl, a New York cheesecake and a chai latte. The swirl was delicious, striking a great balance between dry and wet. The cheesecake had a great amount of cheese in it and came with a little cream on the side and the latte was super creamy and delicious without being too sweet. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice stop and great patisserie.
I was there for breakfast and I was so indecisive, too many options, all of them look delicious, the pastries are OMG. I loved the service as well, Samara was so kind, she suggested me the most tasty pancakes of the town!!Food: 5/5
My favorite cafe in city center. I stumbled upon it last year, and now, more than a year later visiting Dublin again, I have to make a point to go! This time I got the raspberry cheesecake and a regular latte, and both were absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
