The woman behind the counter was not very welcoming and clearly didn't want us there. We asked if we should order at the counter, and she told us to take a seat, she would come to us. We then waited for several minutes (the deli was practically empty) whilst she and the other three members if staff completely ignored us. We left, she didn't seem to care. Pretentiousness and snobbery of the highest order, unfortunately I can't rate the food because I wasn't wearing my monocle at the time, and they wouldn't serve me.
