Ordered Monday night, received Friday. Had to get neighbours to help lift the seat over the fence, as I forgot to measure if it would go through the door. Manage to put it together on my own and so proud of the end product. It is so comfy and will be well used.

Absolutely great experience with quatropi! Had a custom size sofa made, was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Christina from sales kept me updated throughout my sales journey, once delivered I had some trouble putting the feet on and jack and Jay came over from the showroom to assist me and gave me some aftercare tips. Would 100% recommend and would definitely buy from here again.
Very dissapointed. I bought 4 chairs with pre-order on 8th of September, delivery was delayed 2-3 weeks, so i get them on 11th of November. If you have any problem they have only one answer - cancel your order. After that long time I receive the wrong chairs - different colour of legs, d fabric... We have agreed that they will change these chairs for the right ones… unfortunately I received the same ones. Guess what is solution for that - just return the chairs! They dont care that you were waiting for them 3 months. Edit: yeah, the company just told me to exchange 2 chairs which are completely different than the other 2 - uncomfortable and colour is not matching these ones which are on their website.
Absolutely Disappointed I have been awaiting for winter chair cover since jun today I have received email it will be delayed till October even November What a joke !!!! I payed full price for double hanging chair and still haven’t got winter cover delivered! We are in September now ! I have back and forward emails with saying in will be in July then in September now it’s going to be by November and still not guarantee it actually will be arriving! Company Absolutely JOKE ! Customer service sucks and haven’t even provided full service that I payed for !!! Disappointed never recommended this company to a friends or family:
Very happy with the customer service amd many thanks to alex and his team, eventhou my order was delayed by 6 weeks the team was quick enough to send me a replacement.
I thank the Quatropi sales team for the attention they gave us, especially Darius, for all the help with the purchase of the sofa, I live in Spain but my children are living in Birmingham, and from Spain with the help of Darius via Chat I was able to help my children to read their sofa. the quality of the materials is incredible, and the after-sales service is even better.
Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave a negative review. We purchased a large sofa from Quatropi 18 months ago and within a month or so we felt the sofa cushions had become really sunken. They sent someone out from the company who provided the sofa and they agreed the 2 main corner cushions appeared overly sunken and agreed to send 2 new ones out. We received one, which unfortunately felt no different. The other never arrived. I had numerous emails back and forth due to the phones not being answered. Sometimes, I had to wait months for a response. Apologies and promises to get back to us with an answer soon, however this never came. We’re left with a sofa which literally feels like it’s 10 years old. We paid thousands for it and despite it being only 18 months old, we’re now shopping for a new one. Based on quality of product and customer service, I rate quatropi 1 star. If they actually read this - you had ample opportunity to communicate with me and find a solution.
I usually dont leave reviews but Kaylee was a star. My dining tables bench had small rods sticking out when it was first delivered. I thought it was normal until recently it pierced a hole through the material. I couldnt prove it was delivered damaged, despite me contacting them 6 months after warranty finished, they asked for some pictures and the next minute I got an email from the couriers ready to delivery a new bench. I really admire businesses who go the extra mile, i will definitely be purchasing my garden furniture from them. Kind regards
