Staff are always friendly and very helpful always welcome you with a smile when you go into the store the goods I have from them are brilliant would defo recommend :
Some staff here are a bit up themselves. They tend to look down on you.but that is not all staff some are ok. Be aware if roxy still works there she vile
Very disappointing service when your mobile goes into be repaired and you jave no loan one .staff cant seem to make up their minds as to whether they have 1 or two loan phones per store .Finally after 6 weeks of no phone its finally back .would have been quicker to pay for the repair myself !
