I ordered a drill online last night and it said it was in stock and reserved it to collect this morning only to find out that it wasn't in stick at all and was told I'd have to go back on Monday which is impossible as I'm from Hinckley. So the only reason I give an ok rating is because the girl on the checkout transferred the said item to my local store

If I could give minus stars I would!! Shocking service in store - messed up my order completely and staff  were not interested. I will never shop at argos again - even if I have cut my nose to spite my face. Shoddy service!!!!!

I use Argos a lot and the staff are always friendly and happy. I've never had any issues that they weren't happy to resolve. Prices are good, delivery times are great, same day even on a lot of things. I would highly recommend this store.
