Shopped at Nuneaton on Monday. Started using Dunelm more frequently and for larger items such as curtains, blinds and bed linen - found it a pleasing experience, enhanced hugely by Margaret on Monday. She was passionate and hugely knowledgable about her employer and the company, so much so, we are still thinking and talking about it Friday. Good for you Margaret!

Well disappointed with Dunelm’s customer service and returns policy. I‪ bought a piece of furniture from Dunelm UK online. They sent me a defective item, so I tried to contact them through their website and called them repeatedly. Neither the web message or the calls got answered. Then I went to the nearest store to return the item, but they refused to give me a refund because I didn’t have a delivery note they never gave me! I had email order confirmation, but that didn’t matter. Instead, they gave me credit (which means they acknowledge I bought this item from them less than 28 days ago). The credit didn’t even cover the delivery expenses... In summary, Dunelm charged £60 pounds for a defective piece of furniture. Then, gave me £55 credit to buy again in store. Lucky me!

We came for a duvet cover set. We parked "no fuss" We found a quality item which met with our approval. "No fuss" No queue at checkout "no fuss" Returned to car and home and yes you got it "no fuss" What is there not to like......?

Great store with a coffee shop that's our main draw, browsing the rest on our visit and always spending more! I love this place

Make sure you park on the correct side of the poles.... Could be a nasty surprise if you get a parking ticket not knowing. Great store, plenty of stuff, all well selected and at good prices. Shame the website doesn't work with the store stock levels correctly, but the staff are great and sort out any problems.
