Visited Dunelm, in Nuneaton today. I was disappointed to get zero customer service or anyone to help. Staff were congregating and then a team member asked one to help another customer. I feel after asking twice for someone to help as I needed made to measure curtains, I will take my custom elsewhere. Shame you lost that Sale Dunelm. More organisation and staff training required.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Free parking but very tatty with stones, glass and other deposits...nails or tacks possible. Needs attention. Good stock in store and easy to access off the rongroad.
I don’t usually write reviews however I went into dunelm a few weeks ago in Nuneaton to be served by a young girl who helped us and was great however she needed her team leaders help with a receipt as we were exchanging a product as we lost our receipt from the week before. Her team leader was ever so rude and shouted across from one till to another saying shouldn’t be looking for us and was asking exactly how many products were brought during that transaction which was understandable however I don't remember everything we brought but had the exact figure which we used, rough time and exact date of transaction and was still a problem. She got it for us in minutes however she made a massive fuss about it just for an exchange. Now this was then sorted and I asked the young girl who was serving us is **** working here today as I know her and the team leader responded instead of the young girl and asked which **** are you referring to as we have 3 with the same name work here and she asked me if she’s big or thin I said well she’s not big at all so the slim lady and as I said her last name she straight away called her big by using her arms at this point to show measurements I thought this was ever so rude and even the staff working there were horrified and made comments to me when she walked off how they can’t wait to go home because of this lady. I do think this “team leader” needs to learn to use some manners going forward.
Good range of products but the music inside is too loud. I think having to shout to your wife so she can hear you shows something is wrong
Really helpful staff who are obliging. Lovely selection of curtains which are over two floors but it gives you great ideas for bedrooms.nAlso nice selection of net curtains which Ashley was more than happy to display the roll on the table. Thanks Dunelm team.
