Verbally abused on the shop floor by Zoe the branch manager. Child's toy car fell off the shell and instead of just leaving it on the floor a flicked it back onto the shelf and Zoe went ballistic at me in front of other customers. Enjoyed shopping there on a regular basis, not any more. On the plus side spoke to John the regional manager who listened to my complaint and didn't fob me off. Zoe you need a holiday.

Just brilliant, can't believe that people go to the other certain well known shops, no names mentioned that have invaded the high street & pay double, if not more, the price for well known manufacturers/brands of products (food, produce, hygiene products etc) when just a few steps down the high street is this little gold mine of fantastic offers.
