Been ordering from Quality for over 4 years now and they have never let me down! Absolute gem of a place excellent customer service especially the young lad named Onick, absolute gentleman. The food is always made fresh and it’s so fascinating seeing the chefs at work through their open kitchen! The Jale Jule is one of the best Indian dishes I have ever had fantastic blend of spices and has a very nice kick. It can get busy on the weekend but that’s to be expected, they’ve been in Norwich for over 20 years now. Also a massive congratulations to the staff for winning the Euro Asian curry awards 2022, well deserved and hopefully more to come in the future! : Kid-friendliness: The staff are so friendly, they always give the kids lollipops and joke around with them. When I’m passing by the shop my kids always beg me to go in just for the lollipops! Parking: There are 2 parking spots directly in front of the takeaway, after 5pm you can also park outside the funeral home next door. The lloyds bank next door also recently closed so you can park in that car park temporarily too this may change in the future. Dietary restrictions: All dietary restrictions are written nicely on the menu displayed with little logos, they can do gluten free, add extra items to dishes. They are always happy to cater the dish for you.
Delivery was a bit late. But food tastes amazing and staff are very polite!
Was told our meal would be with us within the hour 1 hour and 25 minutes later it arrived with no receipt, we also feel there prices have really jumped up for our normal order by £5, going to be looking for another Indian takeaway
Rubbish cold when arrived too hot when ordered hot. Worst Indain delivery we have expected, should have read reviews often cold delivery !!
We have ordered from here for years now, and keep coming back because of the quality of food. 5* for food quality. Simply amazing, best in Norwich. However, time and time again the wait times are beginning to take the mick. Whether collection or delivery it’s always late. And not by 5, 10 or even 15 minutes. We’re talking minimum 30 minutes. Again tonight, we were told collection was 45 minutes. Partner turned up and had to wait another 30 minutes on top of that. Previous Deliveries we’ve had to wait over 2 hours. It’s getting ridiculous. It’s a shame to say but we’re definitely going to try elsewhere next time.
Had chicken curry with sagaloo, fresh, tasty, delicious as always thumbs up from all of us.
Ordered their Chicken Tapeli and now it's my new favorite curry. Delicious!

have been using this takeaway now for 15yrs, great food ,but when picking up our food we always have another half hour on top of their 40mins they told us, not good enough. seems were put to the back of the queue. time to look for another takeaway!
Will start off by saying the food was decent... just a shame about the rest of the experience. Placed an order through the app which stated a specified wait time for delivery which was absolutely fine... but this is where the problems started. As the clock ticked over our delivery time, I rang the restaurant just to check on the status of our order and it was clear that they hadn't actually started cooking it, and they said it would be with us in 20 minutes, despite us having already paid and waited 75 minutes. Low and behold it didn't arrive after 75 minutes, so I rang the restaurant back. They claimed to have tried and called us they didn't which when I contested they quickly back tracked. So not only were they incredibly late, they also lied to us. We finally received our order 2 hours after placing from another delivery driver who was actually a pretty nice guy and not as incompetent as some of his colleagues. A really sour experience which means I will never spend another penny with these guys.
