This evening my son ordered food for us all totalling £50. He was asked by the driver who was en route if he would be tipping him. He then proceeded to deliver our pizzas to another address. My son was speaking on the phone to them and was told that if he walked down he would be given ‘free’ pizza. He was asked if we lived in a house or flat. Are there any flats on Dussindale? From the conversation he had with another worker who spoke better English the driver was new. That is no excuse for such appalling customer service. It’s a pity you have to give a star so you can leave a review even if it is Friday 13th. Avoid at all costs.
I would actually put this down as the worst pizza I've ever had.nNo BBQ sauce at all, paid extra for the Korean chicken and got 2 pieces, swapped the pepperoni for Chorizo and got none but I did get red jalapenos. Nice one.
Was sworn at by the manager, Andy, after he refused a refund for being given the wrong order. Our pizza was completely wrong and disgusting, when I called last night to complain the staffs were rude, hung up on after I politely asked for a return, and when I called back they said they were closed and would not offer us a refund or replacement. The manager made false claims as to why they would not give us a refund, which is against policy AND the law. Truly disgusting. After reading the other reviews I do not have faith in this store again. Will be complaining further for the way I was spoken to by the manager.
Bhirem was super friendly, good service! Pizza was ready in under 10 mins and was super hot!
Really disappointed. I ordered the veggie supreme with extra veggie “pepperoni”. It arrived in good time however was completely wrong. It was a basic margarita. I rang and explained and was told they’d remake the pizza for me. Almost an hour later it arrived. Correct pizza although completely undercooked and almost raw. Very claggy and tasted like it needed at least another 20 minutes in a very hot oven! The delivery guys were both polite and nice but this doesn’t make the pizza taste any better. We won’t be ordering again
