Just had the best Chinese meal from here... first time I've used a Chinese takeaway in Norwich for twenty years at least and it was superb I will definitely be using again. Lady on the phone was very pleasant and the man that delivered it was very polite. Couldn't fault the food at all.

Ordered my Chinese and went to collect, my partner went in and gave my name and was given the wrong order. I was then called ten minutes later and told to go back so the other person could have their dinner. Despite me living 25 minutes away I had to turn round to collect my dinner as I had paid for it. The lady on the phone was so disgustingly rude, I’ve actually never been spoken to like that in my life and she said it was my partners fault for taking the wrong bag. I can’t believe she said this when she was the one that handed him the wrong bag from the kitchen. Would never ever return as I was treated with no respect by two different people and was hung up on the phone when they had actually called me to go back. Customer service skills are outrageous and the people are vile.
