Such an amazing lunch! We got the X2 course for a 14£ deal. Every appetiser we got was so so tasty: ARANCINI were melting in your mouth with a light fried Bruschetta was crunchy and fresh Caponata was juicy and light Soup of the day average Main Mafaldine funghi e salsiccia were cooked perfectly with right amount of sauce and sausages. SO TASTY Milanese with chips: chicken was fried lightly and it was perfect with a dash of lemon Lasagna was this only disappointing thing out of the whole lunch. Ragu was not ragú but tomato sauce with no besciamella at all. Overall AMAZING LUNCH. So worth it
Wow! Bustling atmosphere, amazing and attentive staff, great choice of menu and food was the best we have had in a long time. We have been to Naples, we know how good the pizzas are there and I must say Santa Lucia catapulted us back there with their authentic food! I heard great things and my expectations were high...Santa Lucia did not disappoint! A truly wonderful evening with my family to celebrate my birthday and we can't wait to come back. Thank you team Santa Lucia! X
Such amazing food and amazing service. I wish we had this restaurant back home because it was absolutely delicious. A must!Food: 5/5
Absolutely lovely staff, amazing food! Finally a restaurant where I don’t feel rushed and can eat in peace. Would definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
Gorgeous place! The food, service, and atmosphere were a 10/10. The staff were the friendliest and most welcoming I've experienced in a long time. The food was so delicious, comforting, and full of flavour! This would be our regular if we lived in Glasgow! We will be back!Food: 5/5
Stunning food and the service was amazing! Murrin really went above and beyond secretly finding out my brothers name for a birthday surprise. Really made our day special and we cannot wait to come back!Food: 5/5
Brilliant Italian in Merchant city, proper authentic food that is freshly prepared, the Bruschetta was probably the best I've had. Excellent choice of cocktails, we had Hugo's and limoncello spritz's. The staff are attentive but not intrusive, I would happily eat here every month, 5Food: 5/5
We had dinner here tonight and had a wonderful time. It was a convenient three-minute walk from our hotel. We arrived just before 5 PM, but too late to take advantage of the "set menu". We ordered Burrata Pomodori as an appetizer with sourdough bread. It was excellent, but we felt it was better by adding a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil to the plate. For entrees, my wife got the Filetto Di Branzino Al Limone sea bass, and was very pleaed with it. I got the Caserecce Salsiccia Nduja pasta with two types of sausage and cheese on top. It was really, really, good--but prepared for the "heat" because it is spicy! We also each got side salads. The service was prompt. We were so stuffed, we did not have room for dessert.
Great service from Paco and Oli! Lovely food and drink, will definite be back! Parking: NCP nearby
Stunning new menu at Santa Lucia! We had the burrata and foccacia to start, followed by the prawn pasta and the mushroom sausage pasta then the tiramisu to finish. The pastas were divine with generous portions of prawns. The tiramisu was so light and fluffy. A personal highlight for me was the negroni - it was delicious. They had an option to make many of the pastas gluten free and there were lots of vegetarian and vegan options too. Our servers were Jennifer and Ollie and we were well looked after all night. The food came quickly yet we never felt rushed. The atmosphere was lovely, especially for a Thursday evening. It was also reasonably priced considering we had three courses with drinks. Will definitely be back to sample more of their menu. Dietary restrictions: Many pastas could be made gluten free. Also many vegan options.
