"The original Amore Ristorante e Pizzeria first opened its doors in September 2008 in the heart of the Merchant City, Glasgow, and has since continued to provide great quality food and service with and atmosphere. Consistent quality can be seen in every little detail from the private booths, romantic setting and even the branded napkins, uniforms and gifts. We take great pride in being one of the best rated places to eat in Glasgow, we invite you to experience the taste of Amore for yourself."

Really lovely restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, and great food! Super convenient to the Moxy hotel where we were staying. I ordered the margarita and the gnocchi dish and my husband got the double pepperoni pizza. The drink was great - strong without being all tequila. The gnocchi were cooked well and the buffalo mozzarella was amazing. The only small thing is that I think the double pepperoni pizza could come with even more pepperoni to better fit its name - but I'm not deducting points for that. Definitely recommend!
This place presets very well but the service is poor. Went with a party of three and the staff do not cover their area. This resulted in multi waiters coming and asking if we ordered and in one case one person went to the toilet and she ordered again for us. Nearly 2 meals. No check back on the meal despite one not being good. It’s very poor experience. The food was not the best also but price was reasonable at least!
Beautiful food and lovely friendly staff. We have an amazing family dinner. Authentic Italian food and service can't recommend highly enough. Our never favorite destination.
It is one of the best Italian places to eat in Glasgow. The atmosphere is really nice here. The spicy chicken wings are yummy, and the coffee is spot on. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly and polite.Food: 4/5
Really busy and popular restaurant. Decor is lovely. Food was really tasty and portion sizes were great.Food: 5/5
Not a fan of seeing festive menus in November, Christmas is an expensive time of year as it. Over priced small soft drinks at £4 a piece after service charge is applied. Good food and service as per every other time we've been in but stop being greedy.
I had the lobster Ravioli and I couldn’t recommend it more! The rosemary and cheese focaccia was divine and the strawberry mess was the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. My mum had the penne pollo and didn’t like it as it tasted completely of the peppers and that was our only complaint, great service too! Servers were very polite and talkative.
Food was great, service even better. A true proper Italian restaurant. You know it is gonna be good when the restaurant is already packed at 5pm.
A superb restaurant. The staff was quite friendly. Loved the food and spent a really nice time there.
