Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the bean to cup coffee facility. Quirky overall. Made use of the option of forgoing having you room cleaned/bed made for some credit at the bar. Having said that, room floor was really dusty on arrival and not cleaned on the day that we had the room cleaned either. But overall a good experience and good location/tube access for where we needed to go.Hotel was very unique and hip for the lack of a better word. Rooms were large and comfortable and the bathroom was also well sized and clean. No complaints there.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice, easy, clean and overall a good experience. Comfy bed. Bathroom ok, a bit noisy. Has a sliding door with a gap and without a lock, so don't expect the full privacy feeling. Nice towels though!

I wasn't told when I booked that the bar and downstairs areas would be out of action. I was told via email later, nearer my stay, by which time it was too late and inconvenient to find somewhere else. An effort was made to provide snacks in the evening and some breakfast provisions in the stairwells to compensate (which felt like being back at school) - but this was a fairly desultory effort, particularly the evening snacks, and there were not enough chairs to sit there anyway. I also hung out my 'don't clean the room and we will get you a drink at the bar' soft toy (feeling a bit of a lemon as I did so!) for the duration of my stay but received nothing back, I suppose because there was no bar. In which case, change the signage and explain to the customer that you are not honouring that at the moment. So, all a bit disappointing and it felt like a business trying to maintain its revenue during refurb at the expense of customer experience; and a triumph of style over content and actual good and solid customer service. I felt a bit cheated and disappointed I suppose because I read good reviews of the hotel. I think, in hindsight, we all should have had some money off or a room at another time.

Love our stay here, nice room, friendly staffs, free good coffee 24 hr. ....may be very good if I have hot chocolate he he, complementary breakfasts and evening nibbles make me and my husband very happy on the cold day and not really want to go out anywhere.Will come back again. And recommend.

Cannot fault our stay at the qbic. Efficient check in/out. Friendly and helpful staff. Great room with funky bathroom pods. One minute walk to a zone 1 tube station. Parking. Bar. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
