​We had a fantastic stay here. The location is super convenient—an easy walk from the station. We initially stopped by early just to leave our luggage, but Neha went above and beyond by getting us checked in straight away. The team also surprised us with drink vouchers to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Breakfast was great with a good selection of foods, teas, and coffees. Labdhi was an excellent hostess and was always ready to take our coffee orders every morning.nnJinisha was wonderful on the front desk. My little boy loved being greeted by her everyday, especially when she would allow him to pick a lolly from her stash.nnWe ate in the restaurant on our first night and the meals were delicious. Very big portions, staff were very friendly and attentive.nnGreat location, easy to access the city and Harrods. It's great having a Tesco across the road.
