Never again booked parking 2 days payed extra for multiple entry exits. Immediately had issues car reg recognition camera is broken so every time I needed to leave car park had to press help button and wait several minutes before the answer . Meant to be someone on-site 24 7 not once did anyone help . When I finally found attendant he told me camera had been broken for along time they just don’t care
A little pricy for a short amount of time. Appeared to be a safe car park. Great for accessing town.
Parking was easy, safe and quite reasonable for 24 hours if you book in advance on the website. Bit of a faff having to call the help service at the gate on the way out but the customer service was good and let us out reasonably quickly. Would definitely use this again if driving to Glasgow.
Had been a season ticket holder for over 2 years. Overall, clean and well lit. Generally speaking pleased up until that time although there had been issues with unauthorised access in the car park from drug users. Also, a couple of times, the parking did not open on time and had to wait for an hour to get my car. Unfortunately back in May, during the lockdown, I found my car had been broken into smashed driver's window and the same happened to almost all cars parked in the main level of the car park 8 cars. The incident happened around 13:30. This resulted in an 850 pound repair bill as there was damage to the door frame. Q park denied any responsibility which I would understand if this was the only car that had been broken into and my car had been left for days in the most isolated part of the car park. But I think it is not fair to waive all responsibility for such an important incident involving so many cars. The initial customer service response was disappointing to say the least classic response - not our fault- it is your problem. They did cancel my season ticket after my request and refunded me pro rata only though after complaining to the customer service manager. Also, they provided footage to police to find the suspect. I think it is a useful review so that future customers are aware and q park can always reply to the review to say their part.
If you prepay for 48 hour parking on their web site and need to leave earlier and return, you can't use the rest of your time. This is not made clear when you book. If you feel like reading the terms and conditions document then you do find this on page 2, but such an important restriction should be made clear during the online booking.
Evening parking special 6p-2am for £9. What they don’t mention is the car park closes at midnight! I had to get a 25 mile taxi home at 1am.
I ordered a season ticket 10 days ago, paid for it about a week ago I sent an email about the transaction immediately after. I called them 3 days later and they said they did not see it up until that time and they would delay the order about 5 days and that I would get my card by Tuesday - which was yesterday and I still do not have my card. Because of this delay I have been paying daily tickets for about six days. I left messages on their machine and sent them emails, but no response. Zero service quality and respect for the customer. Very disappointed.
It's quite literally the most magical place I've ever been. I bet cars feel like they are on holiday when they stay there. It is truly a place that should be experienced by everyone at least once in their life.
We parked here while taking part in the half marathon, location wise it is perfect sits in the middle of George Square and Glasgow Green. The only issue is that for a Sunday it is very expensive for parking but it is very secure needing a ticket to get in so you can leave your car with confidence.
My husband I use this car park regularly when we're in Glasgow as we have two children and its central for our needs BUT we won't be using it again!!!! Two weeks ago we parked here with our five year old and walked down the stairwell when my son pointed to something sticking out of the wall. On investigating the object was a syringe and needle taped onto the wall!!!! Not a safe or secure parking area as advertised.!!!!!
