It's a handy car park for the city center and shopping just a 2 minute walk. Hotels are available nearby, and other visitor attractions, like the conservation and the art school, o2, and lots of the arts around this area including the pavilion, and the cinema. The availability of parking here is both well served and cheaper than most multistorey parks, there are cafes, and other places to buy food, or anything you can think of really. You might even just want to wait for someone here as it's easy to access for pedestrians. Check out my photos.
If you stay in the Travelodge or Easy Hotel, this car park is just next to them. It is a bit of walk to the main shopping area or the cathedral. The good side would be it is on a flat rate on Sunday, which could save you some money.
Great value parking after 18:00hrs but, similar to the 'lift is a death trap' review.nThe MEMshield board is open to anyone to tamper with!! Get it sorted GCC this type of board gives easy access to the conductors when unlocked like this...really close to the Theatre Royal and national piping centre etc.
Parked overnight for the travelodge and was really convenient but felt a bit spooky
I use this one alot and find it one of the best in the city centre.
