I have been here twice now and have dined in. Both times got the chicken burger and chips and the burger is good however the chips are a bit eh. No salt on the chips and when you eat them with the sauce you can almost taste the oil and blandness of the chips even when eating with the sauce. The chips and burgers are fresh however so that is a plus.

Awesome place to eat! There's plenty of indoor seating and the staff are super friendly. The pizzas and kebabs are delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Set in a prime location. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Bunch of clowns can't even get the order right. Put in a large order and asked them to repeat the order to me and still ended up with missing sauces and wrong toppings. Gone downhill fast.

I had been using Pyramids on an ad-hoc basis for decades. On an impulse, I tried them again recently.  I called the number and they answered straight-away. It was so easy to discuss the order. I was told it would take 30 minutes for delivery despite calling them at 11pm on a Saturday night.  I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the delivery within 20 minutes.  The food was very hot and the quality was very high too. Furthermore, the delivery driver was very pleasant in his manners and communication.  Some other takeaways could learn a thing or two on customer service.  You have my custom for the foreseeable future.  Thank You.

I have been regularly using pyramid over 20 years unfortunately i wont be anymore my past few orders were vere bad today's experience is the worst person on the phone needs to be honest with his profession ordered the pizza which turn out to be wrong donner naan seems like from last night pizza was replaced with the right one but uncooked overall over priced and poor service goodbye pyramid

I thought I was turning into a grumpy old man and then I thought no way I'm turning into a male Karen but it turns out I ain't the only person to experience the bad attitude of the front of house guy. Either he hates his life or hates his job. I'm not asking for service with a smile but just drop the bad attitude.

What's the point of having a phone number if you never pick up. Do you take orders via pigeon? I'll try that next time.

One of the best kebabs I've ever had. Really tasty.

Came here and ordered the "any kebab for £4.70 lunchtime deal" and got a mixed shish kebab When it came to paying, I was told that because mixed shish contained donner inside, it doesn't count as a "kebab" even though it was under the "kebab" heading on the menu board. He charged £7.10 instead of £4.70, I certainly won't be coming here again

The takeaway wasn’t hygienic and the staff didn’t have a nice approach when it came to ordering the food. The food was cold when served and the meat wasn’t cooked properly. Overall not a very good experience as I expected it to be and I won’t be visiting again.
