Wonderful family run business. Was given a very thorough eye test, which wasn't rushed as I've felt that I have been at chain opticians. The dispensing optician was more then happy to spend a great deal of time with me, going through various frame options, to find a pair of glasses that felt comfortable and suited me.

Fantastic opticians. I'm on their contact lens scheme and they're always happy to help me if I have an issue, making sure the lenses work for me. Staff are always super friendly, too.

Great service and products! Since my first eye test with John my wife and our son have all entrusted our eye care to John and his team. I can highly recommend Pybus.

This is an excellent optician. My eye test was carried out with care and precision and I was kept informed throughout all parts of the process. The range of frames available is fairly good and my glasses were ready for pick-up earlier than expected. I wanted a specific design for my additional pair of sunglasses and they were very helpful in arranging for this to be sent down to the shop for me to try, with no obligation to buy. I found the staff in the shop most friendly and competent. I am entirely satisfied with all aspects of the experience.
