Went here while in town and needing lighter clothing because it was unseasonably hot. While their description includes “curvy,” I only found clothes up to a 12 US. I spoke with the girl behind the counter who explained they only sell curvy clothes online. I asked if she knew of any other shops nearby, and she didn’t. Total waste of time.

Very unhelpful staff - online order needed returning, but they would not refund me in store unless I had the card I ordered with it was my daughters order and she was away.  When I requested a credit card/voucher this was refused, however I returned for a full refund with no card via post office?!!! Does that make any sense?? Shouldn't have bothered going to the store in the first place and they missed a trick as if they had given a refund on a credit card/voucher, my daughter would have had to spend again in store or on line.

Very small store with no curve/plus size range which was disappointing. I had to order online and have it click and collect from the store. Easy process and was quick and efficient just a shame as a plus side person you are not provided for in store.

Great selection at affordable prices. Found and bought everything we needed. The stairs to the first floor are a little tricky on a Saturday. The crowds can hamper free movement up and down and it makes some of the stock, particularly shoes, inaccessible to those with restricted mobility. On the up side the staff were great!

Very nice store but very small and lacks variety. During busy periods the store can get quite packed and overwhelmed. They have made good use of the space just a shame they don’t stock a lot of things.

Great shop with helpful staff and a good selection. Fingers crossed they one day bring in a corner for mens clothes as I always think the style, quality and price are excellent

Closest store to me now since they shut Herne Bay store. Got jeans that i needed. Staff pleasant.

The store is a little over stocked and not in the best layout. Its a general store, the only staff contact I have had is with the member of staff guarding the changing rooms and they tend to be slightly abrupt.

I found the staff lovely, an the store looked neat an tidy, the lingerie department looked great! ; Footwear was well blocked an well presented :
