Sells a good range of products especially clothing but the store is difficult to negotiate and lay out is confusing. Lots of levels with 3 to 5 steps between most of them. There are ramps in places and a couple of stair lifts but for those with mobility problems trying to get for a to b is like trying to find your way through a maze. Also the main lift between floors is tiny. Staff generally very helpful.

Fabulous & knowledgeable staff. Great makeup artist in Clinique named Daniel, he really put effort into making us feel welcome and confident in the products we bought, will always recommend the store now.

Debehams in Canterbury is devided in two stores. When you go there for the first time you feel a bit confused because it is hard to find the department that you are looking for. Beside that the stuff was nice and friendly.
