They saved my husbands life - we were in Gatwick Airport ready to drop off our suitcases at 2am in the morning and discovered we didn't have our passports. We live 3 hours from the airport and our flight was due at 6.55am my husband had the tickets, insurance details, car parking info and the passports! He called purple parking who looked in the car and found them on the floor - they gave them to the next coach driver who delivered them to Gatwick - a lifesaver! Thank you for the excellent service we have used this service several times and would highly recommend them

We used purple parking in August 2017. No problems with booking online, finding the parking site, whilst we were away and collection. Would definatley use again 100%, and recommend to others.

When we left the car there on our way to the holiday Mark Johnson was helpful and we were happy. Unfortunately on our return to Purple Parking not only did we have the rudest woman serve us who refused to give her name. It was my car yet she insisted my friend had to answer security questions about the car. She huffed and puffed because he had to ask me the Q first in front of her and I would tell him the answer. She would not speak to me as the booking was in his name. Then i went on to find my car was parked in gear with no handbrake - so when I went to start my car it jumped backwards into their fence. Thanks for that, I've been a taxi controller for 15yrs and never had issues like this with parking. We will spread the word not to use Purple Parking to all drivers and customers in Mole Valley District.

I would like to say a big thank-you to Purple Parking who paid me £579 today. Thank-you also for keeping from me, the details of how my car was treated whilst in your care, such that it became un-driveable and cost me £450 to get repaired. Further thanks for taking just 5 months to do this, and with no apology, and for waiting for me to issue court proceedings against you after spending about 12 hours on correspondence with you to no effect. Thank-you as well for convincing me that I should photograph my mileage before I leave my car at any airport car-park again, and thoroughly check my car upon collection. As a goodwill gesture, I would have liked to recommend you to everyone I know.
