Friendly local pub.  My first visit and was made to feel very welcome by the staff, decent selection of drinks, including a couple of real ales.Service: 5/5

A true locally owned neighborhood pub. Classic working class pub. Great staff, great customers - a pleasant experience every time.

If you are a person of colour, the manager told me ‘not to speak to anyone cus I’m the govner, especially staff’.  Anyone of colour, interpret that as you want.

Loving the Purley Arms and Waynes karaoke on that one! Very welcoming to newcomers. The place is more of a pub than an Irish pub

Great place and very friendly staff and good DJ on Friday nights good selection of beer and wine and nice and spacious inside also show the sky sports and stays open until one if busy

Extremely bad. Unfriendly yobbish owner. No food. Minimum spend. I will never go back. Stay away from that place. Hostile atmosphere.

Home grown Pub not the best places to see as the pub is quite old fashioned, great people and staff, could definitely use a revamp though! Very Cheap which is amazing benefit!

Traditional pub for people who enjoy a drink only. No food offered other than crispy type snacks. Pleasant welcoming atmosphere.
