I saw Dr Puja Morgan today for an extraction today in Finchley. I was so nervous as my last dentist took 3 hours took my last tooth out. Today Dr Morgan extracted my tooth in 10 minutes no pain I didn’t even notice the tooth coming out. She was very kind and explained the procedure in detail which made me feel calm and relaxed. Dr Morgan and Dalia are an asset to the NHS.
If you need an extraction this is the place to come! My husband had two teeth out in less than ten minutes start to finish! The lady dentist was extremely kind and pleasant. A job well done!
Treatment was fine, attitude had some issues. Went for an emergency dental appointment- I have partially erupted wisdom teeth that are prone to infection, and I'm waiting on surgery to get them removed. The female dentist, Nazleen, had a quick look and prescribed me antibiotics, which is all good and pretty standard practice; but she made an offhand comment about how I don't work I'm registered disabled, and have multiple physical disabilities and neurodivergence and how she's working from 10am to 10pm on a Sunday and would "love to not work too" which I found rude and extremely unprofessional. Insinuating that somebody who is physically disabled and therefore living in poverty is "lucky" because they "don't have to work" is, in my opinion, extremely distasteful behaviour. Both dentists were late arriving to the clinic, too, but that's of little consequence to my experience. The receptionists and assistants here were lovely and very accommodating, though, which was delightful. Three stars for them and the medicine :
First class treatment for a tooth extraction. Staff couldn't have been nicer. A. Madden. Went back again today 2nd Sept '24 for another extraction by Dr. T Patel. Again, like the first time, the whole procedure was faultless, due in no short measure to Dr. Patel who immediately puts one at ease with the operation ahead, cannot speak more highly of her, and her assistant. 10/10. I was booked an appointment at PureSmile through NHS 111 due to a really painful wisdom tooth over the weekend and I honestly am so pleased with the care I’ve received! 111 booked me an appointment that was within 3 hours of me calling, and when I arrived, the reception staff were so friendly. I was called in really promptly by the dentist unfortunately I can’t remember her name! but she was fantastic. She prescribed me antibiotics for an infection, but also gave me some helpful advice on what else I could do at home to ease the pain. She was also really knowledgeable in counselling me on when a removal might be considered, what it would involve and what to discuss with my regular dentist. Really grateful for the care I received! Thank you!
Was referred by NHS to have a wisdom tooth removed due the to way the tooth was growing my normal dentist wasn't able to extract it. Having read reviews I was slightly sceptical but the tooth extraction was quick and pain free. Was in and out in 15 mins and had a quick recovery with minimal damage
I didn't go to the dentist for a few years because I was afraid of having my tooth extracted, but today after many years I went to this dentist and I was shocked by Dr. Pooja Morgan and her assistant Dalia,who extracted my tooth in a minute, she did it very professionally, still I can't believe it, I am very happy, thank you doctor, my nightmare is over
AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This practice should be prohibited. It’s the most traumatic experience I’ve been exposed to in healthcare. My mom has a severe pain from the infection in wisdom tooth. Called 111 and got referred there. I gave all the details they asked for. When we came, the receptionist became aggressive, trying to convince me she did not get enough details of the situation and showed me the print out of the triage notes she received, which actually HAD all the information about my moms condition. We were just shocked and my mom was in severe pain all this time. The nurse and the doctor were aggressive, talking to us down and humiliating us. It was pure harassment. The conclusion of the dentist was that the tooth needs removal, but she gave no further advice on what to do and just prescribed the antibiotics, harassing us all the time. They made us cry in the treatment room. Please someone advise me how to report this practice for malpractice. They should not charge taxpayers money for traumatizing people and calling it ‘emergency dentistry.
I understand that other people’s experiences vary but I don’t understand the negative reviews about this practice. After having a really bad weekend and a agonising Monday afternoon because my tooth, coming to this place made up for them days. The receptionist Aditi was an absolute sweetheart and was very empathetic. She gave me advice on how to apply for a nhs dentist. I was having trouble with it prior so I’m thankful she did. Then the actual procedure went perfect,Joanna the dental assistant was a joy and had great banter mixed with professionalism and put me at ease. The dentist that done the procedure I forgot her name was brilliant she was also very empathetic and done a great job of communicating whilst working on my teeth. I haven’t left a review on anything before so this should show you how highly I recommend this dentist. I can’t speak for anyone else who works there but these 3 ladies were exceptional at their jobs. Also it was 7:30 pm so you would expect them to be short and agitated but these woman had a lot of energy. P.s they also saw me like 15 mins early.
Very positively surprised this visit.It was referral from my dentist to this clinic.Easy and pain free.Kind lady in the reception and staff.Thank you and highly recommend!!I don't know why some bad reviews.I had good experience.
