Very nice dentist facility but the dentist was unwilling to do any work on my teeth, so will go elsewhere total waste of money.

Really pleasant staff, the dentist who gave me my check up had a proper chat with me before and after so I knew exactly what was going on and why. You're made to feel as if for the five minutes you're there you're the most important patient they have.

Very polite and friendly. Keen to explain your options under Nhs or private service, also very clear to what different options are, and not in anyway pushing to you the most expensive one

Everything about this practice is superb.  They have great reception staff Gail, you are amazing and Dr Harmer is the best dentist I've ever been to.  I love this dentist practice - they are professional,clean and cutting edge.  You will not regret being a patient here!  My smile feels great!

Great practice. I had both nhs and private treatment and the level of care was the fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Have been refused registration without any explanation. As others have stated, even when in clear and urgent need of dental consultation, I was initially told there will be a 3 week waiting period, but then told that I would be refused registration. I would avoid this dental practice.

Excellent staff. I was dealt with very professionally. A good dental experience.
