Amazing dental surgery esp. Dr. Sally. The receptionists are also very professional and go their utmost to help you. I was there with my infant son too, and they've been very patient and accommodating. Unlike other dental surgeries in the neighborhood who would prefer private patients and claimed they can't take NHS patients, MP was honest to say if they're completely full and can't take new patients private or subsidised. Highly recommend for being such an honest and authentic practice.
I'd come in for the first time as I had a great and warm initial chat with one of the receptionist on the phone. Unfortunately, I spoke to another receptionist recently who ruined any prospect or desire of me wanting to come into the practice at all. She was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I called up to reschedule my appointment as I've missed it as there was no confirmation call. She ended up blaming me for it and refused to give me another appointment and told me to look elsewhere. I am left confused and appalled at such bad customer service. I'm glad that that had happened and I will happily take my business elsewhere if this is what I'll have to put up with for subsequent visits.
Excellent dental care provided by Dr Sally - a replacement crown was made on site amazingly in a very short time. Was able to eat and drink normally after a couple of hours without any pain - such a relief - thank you! All credit to Dr Sally for her expertise and exceptional care!
Everything about this practice is superb. They have great reception staff Gail, you are amazing and Dr Harmer is the best dentist I've ever been to. I love this dentist practice - they are professional,clean and cutting edge. You will not regret being a patient here! My smile feels great!
Really pleasant staff, the dentist who gave me my check up had a proper chat with me before and after so I knew exactly what was going on and why. You're made to feel as if for the five minutes you're there you're the most important patient they have.
Exceptionally poor customer service. Have been refused registration without any explanation. As others have stated, even when in clear and urgent need of dental consultation, I was initially told there will be a 3 week waiting period, but then told that I would be refused registration. I would avoid this dental practice.
The practice is clean and comfortable, I was seen promptly and all staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Amritpal is highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional and guided me through the entire process. I am highly satisfied.
Terrible service! Called this morning saying that I would like to book under NHS and the receptionist/administrator was telling me how long is the queue. What is fine I said I am ready to wait. Then I asked just to clarify how much is cost under NHS and private. BTW private 1 filling £375!!! I said wow that's a lot. So the answer was - you can go somewhere else... I then said no I would like to book under NHS, but then she was keep moaning and saying how long is the queue etc etc... Just felt like she didn't want ppl to come ubdr NHS... If you don't want to look after NHS people don't provide this service, but don't treat people like we second class!!!!
Very poor customer service , they have swap my dentist without my knowledge, they sent me messages regarding my appointment and then negligent it ??? There is a one lady in the reception I’ve been told she’s a head of receptionists and she is out of any manners with absolutely bad behaviour - constantly interrupting conversation. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place
Excellent I would recomend this dentist to all, a big thank you from me to all the team that looked after me reception is run so smoothly friendly and professionally. An extra big thank you to Dr Marway who has given me back my smile it has been over six weeks since i finished my treatment it has completely changed my life I now have lots more confidence family and friends all say he is an artist.
