Just been in to see dr Nida sorry if I have the wrong spelling!. I hate going to the dentist & had left it far too long as a result. I’m so glad I found these guys - I feel quite lucky to be honest. Staff are great & Dr Nida is brill. Nice premises & well kept. It’s a bit like a tardis - it looks far nicer on the inside than you’d expect.
I have been a patient for several years and the dentists have been excellent. Unfortunately the receptionist team are difficult to deal with. They reciently removed me from their list because I was too unwell to attend an appointment despite being in the middle of treatment. I now have no dentist. This is unethical.
After the pandemic I tried going to my dentist and was told 2 years has a lapsed which left me without a dentist. I searched and searched No Dentist would accept a Nhs patient but after 6 months of agonising pain with non-stop visits to emergency 101 Dental care Never getting the issue fixed always being told soon the waiting list will open but expect a 8 month wait from that point, I came across the kindest lady Dr.Ehsan who could see the pain and discomfort I was in while visiting one of the 24hrs emergency dentist in finchley utold me of Confident Smile NW1 2NT where she is the Manager and even tho the practice already is over prescribed she gave me details so I may actually get help I so desperately needed and can not afford on private. after visiting the practice I could have cried from how good they made me feel the staff from reception to nurse even the dr all happy to see me all wanted to help and all wanted to make an effort to ensure all of us there was happy and comfortable throughout the whole time I was there. thank you so much you made my year .
Lovely Receptionist, first point of contact is extremely important, warm greeting and great with relaying all necessary information. Farina z, Dr Eagan Salehi, great dentist also very welcoming, professional and so far I am happy with the work in which has been done. Thank you.
Really bad service. Called to book a cleaning and was told by receptionist that because I am a new patient I have to do mandatory check up that cost £23 and if I do the cleaning too it would be £65. I agreed and after the dentist did the check up and was supposed to start with the cleaning he told me the cleaning is £100. I told him that was not what I was told and I wouldn’t pay that. Basically I ended up paying for a check up that I didn’t need because they lied to me about the cost of the service. Will not come back here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Very good practice near Warren Street. Dr Salehi fixed me a tooth that was troubling me for months. A big thank to Farina the manager who's always super helpful. I finally found my dentist in London!
I have been a patient here for more than 14 years. I've seen dentists come and go. I have had my teeth and cleaned polished to a very high standard. X-rayed and examined thank you Dr N Ahmed for your patience explanation at each stage. My teeth feel wonderful. Definitely its given me a confident smile. I look forward to my next treatment.
I am usually so nervous at the dentist but they made me feel so relaxed and welcome. Farinaz has a lovely manner and Dr Ehsan is gentle and friendly!
It has been difficult in registering with a dentist. All dental practices declined registering new patients under the NHS due to the back logs. Farinaz and Ijlel were brilliant and extremely supportive. When I explained the families situation and the vulnerability they were extremely accommodating. Farinaz was able to register the family and offer three emergency appointments for a mother and children and later appointments for the remaining family members. Thank you so much Farinaz. Please keep up the brilliant work and continue supporting the community.
The professionalism and friendliness from Farinaz is outstanding. She provides world class class customer service and shows compassion. I will be recommending all my friends and family to the dentist because of the great attention and service provided by Farinaz.
