I had a hygiene appointment with Jessie last week at the dental surgery. It was my first time there and it was a fantastic experience. The clinic itself is lovely and modern and Jessie was absolutely brilliant. She was super friendly and understanding, patiently explaining every step of the process some of which was new to me due to the modern tech used. It was a really positive experience and I couldn’t recommend Jessie and the team enough
My mouth was super sensitive after covid infection and I was nervous going to a hygienist not to cause further irritation. Sophie did an amazing job, very thorough, careful and absolutely pain free procedure. My teeth feel so clean and look amazing, even the tinniest stain was removed and two weeks after the appointment, there has been no irritation at all. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend her highly enough.
I don't think I've ever experienced a business with better levels of customer service or professionalism. They would win the Oscars of dentistry every year. I'm sure they do for their industry equivalent. Getting anything fixed or cleaned in your mouth can be a pretty harrowing experience but at The Dental Surgery it is miraculously cathartic and comforting. My dentist, James Granger, is the Tom Cruise to continue the movie metaphor of Dentists and has improved my life dramatically through his care and skill with a dizzying array of dental tech that makes you marvel at the medical genius of humanity. That is all.
Huge thank you to Dr Omar Patel and Marsha for taking such good care of me. First dental treatment that was pain-free. Not only professional but very warm, patient and kind.
Kirsty is fabulous and I wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else! She is good at communicating what she is doing while the procedure is happening and putting my mind at ease, especially when I needed injections before treatment. She is kind and shows compassion and has a great sense of humour. All great things you want for a dentist! Would send everyone her way!
Brilliant service, kind and gentle cutting edge dentistry without any pressure to have expensive procedures which I have experienced in the past. Easy to to book apt's and lovely reception staff. Best hygienist experience I have ever had, only way it could be better is if it was free!
I cannot recommend Penny Grace highly enough. For anyone who, like me, may feel anxious about visiting the dentist, Penny is an absolute gem. Her compassionate approach, combined with her expertise, makes her the only choice for dental care in my book. Goes above and beyond to make people feel more than just another patient- I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
The Dental Surgery is the best place for any dental work in London, whether you need a simple routine hygienist appointment or something more complicated like surgery. Highly recommend!
My hygiene appointment with Louise was great. She put me at ease and made it as enjoyable as it can be. And my catch up with Andrew was great as always. For the first time in my life I am enjoying going to the dentist !!
Had the most pleasant experience, particularly due to Dr. Nina’s patience, skill and eye for detail. She made me feel so comfortable and professionally answered all my questions. The result is magic. The practice itself is very peaceful and calming as well.
