Most miserable ticket person ever.nIf you don't like people then pack your job in before you put everybody on a downer.
A lovely station in Paisley's town centre! It's like a mini Glasgow Central. There's a lovely glass roof and the facade is nice, almost like a castle. It's even got it's own Heilanman's umbrella a bit of the station going over the road
A decent train station for trains into Glasgow and out west too,A good service for wherever you are going
Excellent coffee shop between platforms 2 and 3. Staff were very friendly. Had a really nice coffee and a delicious empire biscuit! Would definitely recommend if you've got a bit of a wait!
Returned from Glasgow Central from platform 10 where you can only access the platform by going through a physical ticket barrier, had my ticket on the train also checked by a conductor only to be met by staff waiting right at the bottom of BOTH sets of stairs checking tickets this wasn’t at rush hour. I walked past them waving my ticket only to have a female member of staff on a power trip follow me screaming like a banshee wanting to physically inspect it and then she has the absolute nerve to call me rude? It’s complete over kill. You’re treating paying customers like common thieves. It’s bad enough you were doing this nonsense at peak hours but now you’ve removed those you’re doing it throughout the day… between strikes and fare rises your customer service is a joke.
