Our flight was diverted to Prestwick airport due to adverse weather conditions.we'd been on the move for 24 hours at this point. We called the car park to advise what had happened but couldn't reach anyone. In the morning we called again and asked what conditions were and if we would get car out. The man 'Stewart' or Stuart couldn't have been more UNHELPFUL if he tried. Had no idea if we could be picked up at airport or no idea what was happening. No snow shuffle and no manner. Sometime later a driver 'Jimmy came to pick us up and he couldn't have been more helpful. He had slept in his car all night and decided to stay on do airport runs if he could. Stewart on the other hand, who was dressed for the weather and had been home for the night sat in the Buckie with all the right clothes for weather conditions but only went outside to smoke. Jimmy helped clear Snow with a brush and helped get us out. Stewart charged us an additional 5.00 for the overstay! Saying f we'd booked direct he could have waived the charge. Tosh! I would not use this company again because of Stewart or Stuart but Jimmy deserves a pay rise. Thanks Jimmy.

Excellent price for airport parking. After being stranded in Amsterdam this December (2017) my car overstayed for 3 days. I thought I was coming back to a large bill but was only charged £15, which I must say was amazing, especially since it was a very costly trip. Would for sure recommend it.

Shocked after slleping two days on an airport floor to find i am charged an over stay fee.No good samaritans here.Nobody answered phone wednesday night when needed.Told to bring a shovel to dig my own car out.Shocking.Plenty of other car parking options in Glasgow.Do not use.

Over the Christmas period past through to mid-January 2018 I parked my car with Park'n'Fly Glasgow, on my return and leaving the compound I noticed my wing mirror cover was missing. I returned to the Park'n'Fly to report this as it had been removed while under their supervision. Giving Park'n'Fly the opportunity to prove me wrong the matter was raised with management, they chose not to respond for 18 days then dismissed my claim. I would not recommend using this airport car park service.
