Love it in the dead of night. Facility is really well kept. However, it seems small at peak times.. So allow longer, and expect to wait. Standard at any gym though to be fair.

This is my home gym, I also use Cardiff Central which is not as good. Here it is well equipped, organised and clean. Minus 1 star for tiny lockers and no sunbed.

Decent gym for the price. However, I wish there were just a few less Cardio machines by the entrance and a few more weight machines available. There's lack of space for body weight exercises.

Nice gym and good equipment. Spotless. Music can be very loud at peak times - bring earplugs. Oddly, they seem to keep it lower off peak

No boxing equipment and they never communicate back when you suggest to them that their own pure gyms in Cardiff have them and they don't
