I travel often for work and have visited many Crossfit boxes and can say that The Boat Shed is one of the best boxes I have been to. Two things that make this box special is the coach Pete and people. Pete is a competent and encouraging coach and the people are open and friendly (maybe it's how Welsh people are). I strongly recommend this box!

I've been a member at The Boat Shed for 6 months after a friend recommended me to try out their Intro to CrossFit course and I've never looked back since. Super friendly place with excellent coaches to instruct you through workouts and member's to train alongside. Highly recommend a visit if you're interested

The Boat Shed has a great atmosphere and all the staff and other members are very friendly and welcoming. The coaches are supportive and very knowledgeable and I love the relaxed atmosphere there. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want to try CrossFit!

I love training here. Such a friendly environment, knowledgeable staff and great facility. Without a doubt the place to go if you're looking to start CrossFit.
