Amazing spa day with my partner, we were first greeted and checked in by Evan who was absolutely amazing from the time we arrived to when we left, such a helpful and friendly person with great attitude!! We both had treatments at the spa, my touch facial, arms and feet treatment was amazing from start to finish, could not recommend Coral enough, very friendly, polite and professional. My partner had his treatment done by Craig who was also amazing, very friendly and professional. We also used the facilities which were all great, gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Lunch was fab! Will definitely be visiting again very soon!!

I recently visited Bannatyne Health Club & Spa Cardiff for a spa day and unfortunately, it was a very underwhelming experience — especially considering the price.nnThe welcome staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, which was a great first impression. However, the treatments themselves did not meet expectations. They felt rushed and lacked the relaxing, high-quality experience you would expect when paying a premium price.nnI got a spa day for 2 with scalp massage back massage and feet. The back massage was very nice at points but the rest was very underwhelming and the scalp massage just knotted my hair and wasn’t a massage.nnI also found the facilities disappointing. For the amount paid, I expected much more in terms of atmosphere and overall upkeep.nnMost concerning was that the staff delivering the treatments made me feel quite uncomfortable, which completely defeated the purpose of going to a spa to relax. Instead of leaving feeling refreshed and calm, I left feeling more stressed, with my mind racing the entire time.nnOverall, I don’t feel the experience justified the cost, and sadly I wouldn’t return.

Had an Elemis facial this evening at the Cardiff Bannatynes Spa. Coral was my therapist. I’ve had a lot of facials all over the world and I can honestly say it was the best. The Elemis products feel and smell great. Coral kept a lovely slow and relaxing pace with her movements and the shoulder, hand and arm massage was amazing. Can’t wait to return.nUsed the pool - which was quite cool for an indoor pool and could do with a good scrub around the edges. I also used  the jacuzzi, which was lovely and warm and the sauna, which had a strange odour in it that wasn’t entirely pleasant. The showers and change rooms were nice and clean and the welcome was warm on reception.

Booking somewhere when you have disabilities is so difficult,  but when emailing , Coral was absolutely brilliant, she was able to answer my questions and reassured me, she was so helpful. On the day, the reception  team were lovely and welcoming. I had Hannah. She was absolutely amazing,  so kind and caring, I will definitely be returning for a treatment with Hannah.  Would personally like to thank them for the amazing service, thankyou so very much x

I’ve had some lovely treatments at Bannatyne Cardiff spa, particularly by Hannah & Coral, I  regularly get an eyebrow tint/wax and lash tint with Hannah,  she always caters to what I ask for and is a very professional and warm & friendly person which massively eases my anxiety cos I do struggle with going to appointments at Times! Also had an Elemis facial recently with her and it was absolutely lush,  I will definitely be booking this more regularly   thank you! X
