Had a lovely spa day gift. Very friendly and professional staff. Amazing treatments .very clean and well designed facilities. Only one small criticism .relaxing area between treatments located in foyer  felt a little odd sitting in your robe .but overall a nice experience . Thanks to all

The worst spa experience I have ever had. The staff on reception were very friendly. They provided us with a tour of the facilities - which were very clean and well maintained. We were then met by two ladies who would be carrying out our treatments who were both pleasant. I was taken to my treatment room and the process began. I had a back massage, facial and head massage. They were very mediocre and sounded very basic in comparison to my Mother’s (I discovered this after conversing with her after the treatments). Throughout the entire experience there was horrific banging going on above the treatment room. Lots of shouting and extremely loud noises led me to believe there was building going on. I could not relax nor enjoy any part of my treatments. Once I told the lady that this had greatly interrupted my experience, she said that they had received many complaints and yet nothing has been done about it. There was no apology from her. She advised me to make a complaint at reception, which I did. I made the complaint, they didn’t seem overly apologetic and offered the opportunity for me to return. I explained that I lived 200+ miles away and that I was only visiting family in the area. There seemed to be no alternative nor any effort to offer anything else other than to notify Groupon. I am very disappointed with the response from the staff who seemed to have a ‘sorry but tough attitude’. The whole point of a holistic centre is to relax, unwind and enjoy the experience. Not to feel like I have been placed in the middle of a construction site. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff who were on reception when we arrived, it would be 1 star from me!

Upon arrival it was very disorganised. Treatment was okay but quite painful at times. We also understood we were to receive a scalp massage, that didn’t happen. We were shown no facilities and having never been before, did not know where to go or what to do so felt it best just to leave - no spa bad received or given any information as to where to get one. Also feel there should be a separate cafe/waiting area for people in robes as must feel very awkward eating with people arriving in coats etc.

Lovely modern facility, cafe, pool, sauna, steam room and massages on site. Gym is pretty small with limited equipment but the equipment they do have is modern. Can't comment on classes, but I'm told they're good. 

Remember to enter your number plate when parking or you will get a ticket!

Received a ‘spa day for two’ voucher as a Christmas gift. Including two 25 minute treatments. The treatments lasted 13 minutes in total and both back massage and facial were terrible.  We have complained about this directly to Bannatyne and had NO reply. We travelled from port Talbot and needless to say we were extremely disappointed.  Gym, sauna and jacuzzi are ok. The whole place looks a bit run down. Reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately it didn’t make up for the awful “spa day”.
