AVOID LIKE A RASH!!! Absolutely disgusting food that we could not recognise! Aromatic duck which was sliced meat and red??? Never have I ever seen it look like this! Food poisoning heaven! Phoned to complain in which they cut us off then didn't answer phone. We carried on calling to which an employee finally answered and told us only a manager could give refunds and no manager was in??? Why has this place NOT been SHUT DOWN!!! It's not Pure Oriental it's Pure Disgusting!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Would give no stars if possible! Disgusting, greasy food bad customer service. While I was waiting for my food, 2 people came in for a refund. Do not believe reviews in Just Eat, I believe they made most of them up themselves. Google reviews are genuine. They do not answer the phone so can't complain. To add insult to injury the lady gave me a bottle of Pepsi for ' the long wait' . My son told me it tasted funny turns out it went off in April 2017! Avoid at all costs.

Well. What to start with... So the food seemed to arrive within a relatively reasonable amount of time. When the food arrived we immediately realized that the most expensive thing we ordered (Duck Pancakes) was completely vacant from the delivery bag. We called the restaurant and they said sorry and promptly sent out another delivery to hopefully correct our original delivery issue. Unfortunately.... To no avail. I suppose we did get 'duck pancakes' however it was of course, minus the duck. We gave the restaurant another call to inquire about the duck pancakes minus the duck. The lady proclaimed that she thought we had the duck, not just the pancakes. Additionally to add to the confusion she said that there are two kinds of pancakes and that our TEN POUND duck pancakes are just pancakes for DUCK. Nevertheless the lady said she would refund us the £10. On another note the correctly delivered food was dry and most definitely stale even with the sauce. I feel like a McDonald's Big Mac would make better Chinese food than the Chinese we received tonight. I will never order from here again. I'd highly recommend to stay away and go to a better takeaway. (Picture: our £10 pancakes)

This is probably the most disgusting Chinese I've ever eaten. They must have put an entire bag of salt in it, feels like I've swallowed a ton of sea water, both my girlfriend and I feel ill. Moreover, the vegeterian tofu dish I got for her looked and tasted like beef. Taking photos and WILL be getting a full refund for this. Awful.

Disgusting! We ordered the seafood platter which had quite clearly been cooked days if not weeks ago and reheated. The squid had a a weird batter over it which was soggy and not cooked, the noodles where cold and they managed to burn the complimentary prawn crackers....i mean REALLY?! How is this place not been shut down? We threw the lot away. Wouldn't serve it to the dog!!
