Really good little takeaway, we usually pop in and grab something rather than order delivery so unsure on delivery time. The food there always tastes so good and definitely not as greasy as some places I have been to.It always leaves us wanting more (we always order chow mien from here!) - they have a GREAT selection for vegetarians here, which was a nice surprise. The sweet and sour vegetarian chicken balls are amazing. Though a little chewier than chicken, I would recommend giving them a try! Your order always comes with complimentary prawn crackers and fortune cookies, which is a cute little touch. The portions are a little small for the price you pay (over £4 for rice), but for a treat this is a great place to go! The location itself seems clean and organised, though there was one time our order was accidentally added to a previous one that wasn't cancelled properly (they refunded me straight away though). It's well staffed, though a lot of them seem to be kids in their first job, it doesn't take away anything from how delicious the food is :)

Waiting for over 1hr 30mins to be told I will need to wait a further 20mins, I understand after the bad weather that service could be slow due to a large amount of orders, however transparency would ease this issue. To delay a refund is also not acceptable. I hope you improve your service as this is very disappointing

I'm vegetarian and have ordered food from here for almost 2 years because of there vegetarian menu. i will however no longer order from this place due to there horrendous customer service. The last 3 orders I have placed prior to last week have all either missed the sauce for the food I ordered and since its soy/protein mix was dry without it..which I overlooked until last week. last week I ordered food from them which was 2 hours late. During this time I was given three different lies from the person that called me and then when I called them and then after speaking with the manager (Leo) he had told me because it was 2 hours late and cold and missing vegetables in the kung pao veggie chicken, that my next order would be free. I call today (01,01,2018) to take him up on that offer only to find out that only one of the dishes would be free which was not what I was told considering my entire meal last week was cold. I think its a shame that this is how they treat there long standing customers. VERY BAD SERVICE and after almost 2 years of ordering from them. no longer.

Mixed starter for two and Singapore style chicken is a winner every time. Highly recommended!

Great choice of vegetarian and vegan Chinese food. The satay and ribs are amazing! Food always good quality.
