Alex Wok used be my favourite Chinese Takeaway however my last 2 experiences means I won't be back. A couple of weeks ago I ordered and was told 45 minutes to an hour but at just over 2 hours I thought that was unacceptable and I had to call to ask where our food was. Just be honest guys don't say a time if you know there's no chance of the food arriving. I know the motto never turn an order down but be honest. And secondly I ordered a Thai Green Chicken curry, the meat seemed to have been shaved off the chicken and lightly poached in the sauce giving it a texture which was floppy and jelly like. I could hardly eat it and resulted in me being sick. Sorry guys you've have lost one of your biggest fans and won't be back.

Chose Alex Wok based on reviews. Best Chinese I've had locally in ages. Great food, service, and value for money. Highly recommend.

Alex work has been my favourite chinese. However, I just waited 2 hours 10 mins for my food. After 2 phone calls there was no apology. Just told me it would be 20 mins. I think they missed the online order. Poor service this time.
