Average food, but absolutely great service. Small little place with quite a few tables, but due to the nature of the cooking and constraint space, it can get really stuffy, smelly and smokey there, especially if the door is left closed. Not the best Greek/Cypriot restaurant I have ever visited. Worth a try...
The food was amazing, I loved it! The lamb shoulder was delicious. The staff are always friendly. I highly recommend.
Got a smashing meal, late last night, they were closing up but they stayed and extra 20 mins to make me a meal to take home. I was served by the most hospitable host/ restaurant owner Elias. Thank you so much I will definitely return, with my family next time to eat in, the meal was beautiful.
We had mix pork souvlaki in pitta. Meat was a bit overcooked and I didn't really like the taste of sieftalia. Very good service. Bit expensive.
Amazing taverna. The menu could be a bit more Cypriot but I guess has to keep up with the British demand. Nice little place, a bit off the main road yet close enough. Recommend especially for food and beer lovers.

Went with my Family and I am truly satisfied with my decision with Pure Cyprus. The service was wonderful and professional. I am over the moon with the cleanliness and how comfortable and vibrant the atmosphere was. The food was authentic and fresh! Had the calamari and chips with salad and it was outstanding. Not oily or rubbery, just perfect! Presentation of the food was also a wonderful and visually stunning. I will return, thank you for your hospitality.
The food was excellent, we really enjoyed having dinner here! Perfect if you are craving some delicious grilled octopus, crispy spanakopita or some good souvlaki. Would definitely recommend and will go back. Felt like being in Cyprus!
I was a guest on an online discount deal. My chicken souvlaki was nice, as was my partners dish. The red wine on the deal a Rioja was very drinkable, so the meal was very excellent value. The service was very friendly but could have been smoother in delivery as it was not busy. The place is new looking, clean toilets but more of a well presented Greek takeaway cafe, there was little atmosphere, no background Greek? music, and I could hear to much staff and family chit chat. The beeping alarm on the kitchen equipment was a regular irritant, as it was not immediately turned off when whatever was cooking was done. The place was also a bit smokey from the grill, as it's open plan, maybe the extractors can't cope. It was very popular with delivery driver takeaway orders, which I can understand but a bit basic for a repeat dining experience for me. The staff are very well intentioned.
