The team at PTA garage Edenbridge are friendly welcoming and professional the service you get from these guy,s is first class. I have been going there for a few years now and I don,t feel the need to go elsewhere. Keep up the good work guy,s. If you need your car serviced or repaired this is the place to go. Highly recomened.
Quick and prompt service with excellent attention to detail. Wheels perfectly balanced and without the usual excess coating of tire goo. Brilliant garage and service and would certainly use again.Service: Tires
I always felt so comfortable coming in to this garage in the past. Normally, as a woman of a certain age, one is worried about being taken advantage of but the chaps here always took time to explain things and call with prices before doing any work. Last time I had a very different experience. The guys were dismissive and mocked me. One clearly thought I must be deaf at my age because he made a disparaging comment about the "woman with the mini is here and she does not look very happy" and when I called him on it, he denied it. Not deaf! and should be valued as any other customer. The work on the car is still first rate but the customer service lest me cold!Service: Battery
I needed a replacement tyre due to a puncture. I dropped off my damaged tyre, which ultimately couldn't be repaired, so popped in a few hours later, and they replaced and fitted a new tyre for me. All done within a day. A quick and efficient service, and I would highly recommend PTAService: Tires

Very poor customer service, would not recommend going here. Didn’t like when questions were asked, and was very rude and aggressive when work was declined. Stay away.
Our local mechanics who have always done a good job and provided advice to keep costs down.
