Good service all round. Received the kids kitchen in good time, the 2 grandchildren absolutely love it, 1 boy 1 girl, they are both totally obsessed with it. Totally recommend this item, well made, easy to assemble and well worth the money.

I recently purchased some roller skates for my daughter. After wearing them twice the bolts holding the wheels on loosened and fell out making them completely useless.  I informed The Magic Toy Shop of this fault as soon as it happened through Amazon where they were purchased, only to be told that because they were beyond the 30 days since purchase there was nothing they could do.  Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.  I think The Magic Toy Shop feel they are beyond our legal rights as consumers. I would not recommend them as a seller and will be reporting them to the relevant trading authority.

If I could give zero stars I would.  Absolutely dreadful service.  £100 Item ordered never arrived unsurprisingly considering they use Evri - probably the worst carrier currently operating.  Despite clear tracking information confirming their chosen delivery 'service' had as usual, failed to do their job, TMTS repeatedly refused to provide a refund until they 'received the item back'.  Having never received it in the first place, this was obviously completely beyond my control but TMTS seem oblivious to their obligations as a seller and, for that matter, current UK legislation.  Situation eventually resolved by Amazon in less than an hour who were brilliant.  I wouldn't touch TMTS with a barge pole.

I'd never come across The Magic Toy Shop before so this was my first purchase.  Five stars all round, great communication about order status and brilliant delivery.  Product was good and all in all I'm very happy with this shop.  I'd recommend and will use again.

I recently purchased the Thomas and Friends Sodor Deluxe Set from The Magic Toy Shop and I am extremely happy with my purchase.  The set is well-made and includes a variety of pieces that allow for endless hours of imaginative play. The attention to detail on the trains and tracks is impressive, and the set is easy to assemble.  The toy shop provided excellent customer service and made the shopping experience enjoyable.  Overall, I would highly recommend this to any Thomas and Friends fan, I would definitely shop at The Magic Toy Shop again.”

Very poor quality toy. Not as described. Company also charges double on amazon so be careful. Requested full refund, was offered half or to return which frankly I don't have the time for. Classic case of cheap quality goods massively overpriced. Pound shop toy! So annoyed.

I bought a bibi doll and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE it, i got it for my dear grandchildren and they seem to really enjoy!! all around brill service and even better communication - the magic toy shop is really everything you want it to be and SO MUCH MORE would def recommend for all my girlies in need of a quick present for there grandbabies - all around an absolute gem!! THANK YOU MAGIC TOY SHOP - they said i’m there favourite grandmummy now.

Do not buy from this company as if your product goes wrong after only 6 weeks, they will not help you resolve the matter. An item was purchased and I was extremely happy with it but didn’t expect it to only last a matter of weeks. Customer service is appalling. What a waste of money!!!

I purchased a Unicorn Hobby Horse for my daughter's 4th birthday and sadly it was cheaply made, the pole instead of being solid appears to be hollow plastic. Needless to say with the usual sort of a play a four year old would get up to, it bent and snapped. The Magic Toy Shop told me that since it was 30 days beyond the original purchase date they couldn't offer a refund or replacement and simply said sorry. The other item I bought is of questionable quality also, both appear to be very cheap imported items and I later located the hobby horse for £6 at the Range, half the price of The Magic Toy Shop. To not refund an item that probably cost them around £3 is just terrible customer service and completely dishonest. Awful quality and terrible service, I would NOT recommend buying from this store. With quality so poor who knows how safe these items are for your children.
