Excellent, friendly service. Very helpful. My undertray was dragging on the ground after hitting floodwater. I was given a slot to pop in during my working day. All fixed in 15 minutes with minimal cost.
I needed to get a slow puncture looked at fairly quickly. Looked up PTA on Google Maps, found they were just down the road from me do popped over. After just under an hours wait, I had my tyre repaired at a great price and good time! Can't fault the service and I know where they are now for future reference!
These gentlemen have really looked after my dad for me on the last three occasions. He’s had four tyres replaced and an MOT and was treated superbly and never kept waiting. Phil has always been brilliant and friendly when I’ve booked dad’s car in. Would thoroughly recommend
My recent encounter with PTA's service for my car has left me utterly disillusioned and infuriated. Not only did they fail to address fundamental issues like fuel injector leaks and faulty sensors, but their inability to rectify basic problems is utterly unacceptable. While I understand that some issues may be more complex to fix, the lack of effort to resolve straightforward issues such as a faulty air valve is inexcusable or at least need to ask customer to replace or not. Moreover, their disregard for customer communication and satisfaction is appalling. The so-called "major service" they offer is nothing more than a facade, promising thorough inspections and repairs but delivering nothing but disappointment and frustration. It seems that their primary objective is to extract money from unsuspecting customers rather than providing genuine, competent service. PTA's incompetence and lack of professionalism are disgraceful. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your vehicle. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation by seeking assistance elsewhere. PTA may stand for something, but in my experience, it's Pathetic, Time-wasting, and Annoying. I strongly advise PTA Edenbridge staff to go get a proper training before repairing someone's car. An absolute waste of money and time !!!
Staff are incredibly rude and standard of work highly questionable. Similar reviews around tyres so beware. Refused to show me their repair and when tyre deflated again claimed it was a new puncture. Garage of last resort.
They have looked after my cars for years with a friendly, efficient and professional service. Prices are good too!
My company has always used PTA for all different van parts, tyres, etc. and have been very pleased with their service. Yesterday, however, I needed help with my own car, believing I had a slow puncture. Turns out it was a cracked wheel. Unfortunately, it wasn't something they could repair but told me where to go, took the tyre off for me and replaced it again after the repair had been done. I didn't have to wait; they were so friendly and charged me peanuts for their time. Am so impressed with the whole service. Thank you, ATS!
On my way to the petrol station which is located next door to them I noticed a piece of the underside of my car scrapping on the ground. I went into PTA and they were kind enough to put my car on the hoist promptly. they proceeded to fix loose part which didn't take long. They did not charge me a single penny even though I insisted. Very helpful and friendly. as they are round the corner from where I work I shall use them for other services going forward. TOP SERVICE!!
The team at PTA garage Edenbridge are friendly welcoming and professional the service you get from these guy,s is first class. I have been going there for a few years now and I don,t feel the need to go elsewhere. Keep up the good work guy,s. If you need your car serviced or repaired this is the place to go. Highly recomened.
I'm a Community nurse and my tyre pressure light came up this morning. I popped into the garage and they had a look at my tyres straight away/checked the pressures. The guy there was really good thank you very much!!
