rude bartenders and workers. awful customer service. Would recommend not going here

The worst customer service ever. After our jackets was lost in cloakroom we have been ask to leave the local without jackets when the temperature was -2.
After many attempts (calls and mails) we haven't got any answer.
Strongly do not recommend this club.

Been a couple times, staff are lovely. I fell over because i was drunk and was wearing stilettos for the first time haha but the guards came over to me and made sure I was okay. They did not kick me out and gave me a polite warning. Drinks are super cheap on wednesdays (£3.70 for a double) and moderately adequate other days. I've had a lovely time every time and will come back to enjoy the 3 main dance rooms. The rooms are big and 2 of them have more than one floors.

Total nightmare getting lost property back. Both times I went during the day to get things I had left at the club, they kept making excuses to try and get rid of me, e.g. telling me they were in a meeting and to come back in 90 minutes, telling me that I should have filled out a form on the website (which I had done in the first place) and to come back the next Monday (one of these times was a Friday afternoon, I came to collect my phone). I made sure to be persistent as I wasn't going to waste my train fare coming to Kingston for nothing, and they relented and returned my stuff, which only took them about 2 minutes, don't know why they had to take so long just to do a short, simple job.

Went here once with some friends, happened to walk past some guys who got into a fight, however I was dragged to the side, where they requested to scan my ID and take me to a separate room (this happened to someone else too). I tried to explain that I had not been involved at all within this incident, and didn't know any of them. I asked questions to which i am entitled to, such as 'why are you scanning my ID' and 'why have I been put in this room' however everyone ignored me. I was then later told that because I was seen near the fight (some of the security guards could confirm this) - that they should go over the CCTV to see that I am not involved, and that they cannot start scanning my ID, without a valid reason, which is when they decided to kick me out because i was 'close to the fight'. They completely ruined my night for absolutely no reason, and no evidence, also letting the male go (who was also not involved). When I then spoke to a security guard (Michael - Tall, bald) I then requested to know his name (which he did not want to give me) as he was the one who was not willing to give me any answers about why this was happening, nor telling me who i should complain to. This is illegal, unethical and downright rude. Have your evidence and facts before you ruin someones night, especially when you know that you was in the wrong; because none of my questions were answered. AVOID!
