If possible i use to not give any star. The way these employees are speaking is very very bad. They don’t even treat in a good manner. I don’t who is this manager but why he is not caring about anything . When I go to the review section all the comments are negative . They must take some action about it . The employees are at all giving respect to their customers. I am supervised. Please don’t go through this agency and face problems like me. They took deposit and when the problem is their side , they don’t even refund you money back. Such a stupid response and they are teaching me how I should talk.
Would leave no stars if possible. Rented a one bed flat for me and my one year old. The window in the bedroom wouldn’t shut so I had to use socks to try and stop the rain and cold coming in. Heating would turn on but wouldnt heat up. Called the office throughout the winter but never got a call back as promised. The shower never worked it was constantly boiling hot and never got a callback about that either. When moving I gave appropriate notice but that wasn’t good enough. Manny asked for the keys after I moved and was unhappy I was on holiday. I then said I’d post the keys and was able to provide tracking. Not good enough and he is now using my deposit for a locksmith even though I can prove where they are. DO NOT USE THEM. My new landlord is amazing nothing is to much. Can tell properties plus only care about money
