My experience with Connells Bearwood was a pleasant one. I had been looking for a place for a while as I had recently relocated to the UK and had been living at a serviced apartment/AirBnb and I was quite over it at that point. I had been struggling with dismissive agents especially when asking a lot of questions but Shaz was very friendly towards me and understood that I was new and had to understand how renting out works this side. Her communication and response time was amazing. She made getting a place so much easier for me. Thank you
I had booked an appointment for my house valuation. A date and time were agreed upon with a valuatorconfirmation received by text followed by email. A few days later, I got a call from Connells stating the appointment had been cancelled because they didn't cover the area. I was told another local branch would be in touch to arrange an appointment for the same day and time I had booked initially. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I am struggling to comprehend why it has taken a few days to recognise the valuation has to be undertaken by another branch. Undoubtedly, this can be validated when the address is taken.
I had an amazing experience renting my flat. Parminder helped me tremendously and made the whole process seem easy and efortless. She was very understanding with the fact that I was moving from Switzerland and did everything to accommodate my needs. I strongly recommend Connells.
Had such a good experience with this estate agents! I sent an enquiry with Rightmove about renting my flat out and Bearwood Connell's rang me after about 10 seconds- it was astonishing and set the tone from the beginning! Pam then came round to view my flat that week, gave me some really good advice and clear guidance, and within a few weeks it was ready to go up for a tenant. Within one day of being on the market, Pam had found a lovely tenant for me at the price I had asked for, and helped both of us sort the tenancy agreement and all the admin. It has been so smooth and easy all the way through and Pam has my business for the future as far as I'm concerned, she's brilliant. Thank you!
I'm a landlord who has relocated abroad and decided to hand over my property to Connells Bearwood office. The process has been very smooth thanks to Parminder who has helped me through every step of the hand over process with excellent communication and warm people skills!!
My experience with Connells Bearwood from start to finish was excellent! From speaking to Chelsea and Jeevan to arrange a viewing and then speaking to Yaya about my mortgage, it was such a smooth, quick and easy transaction! Would 100% recommend!!!!
I had agreed to book a valuation of my house, the staff was unprofessional at the approach with lack of knowledge as I had serval others to give advise whom were professional and within a couple of days without making several calls and sent out property valuation by email. But these guys are a waste of time don't bother to call you back. Last time I had called them gave me valuation by mouth but was not the person whom carried out the valuation. Instead was another colleague whom did not take my details I had to remind him another unprofessional approach, stated they would get that person to email me. Instead I got a email of an appointment to see a mortgage advisor which I did not book. I had called again to cancel my appointment as I had requested a valuation of my property which they could not get right. I would never give this business a contract to carry out my work what a Micky mouse letting agent no customer experience or service. I have been genrous to give 1 star it does not even deserve a 1 star
Looking for a place to stay is more than difficult. I'm glad that Shaz from Connells Bearwood helped me throughout the process. Her professionalism, quick responses and passionate attitude are really a big help to me. I respect to Shaz and the staff fron Connells Beareood, thank you for help me.
Before dealing with Connells, I had meetings and done site visits with other agencies and Shaz proved to be the best. Initial dealings were a little difficult but Shaz helped us through that stage and I would not hesitate to recommend her. The only thing we are disappointed with are the various outstanding maintenance jobs and state of rear lawn, which I would have expected to have been sorted before moving in.
