What a great experience I had buying my lovely mini countryman. The car is extremely well equipped, Clyde and he's partner do a fantastic job finding wonderful cars. All the cars in the showroom looked well presented, if I every needed a different car I would be looking at their website for my new purchas.

I'd been on the lookout for a highly spec'd car when I finally found one at Promotors. The team were very welcoming and professional. From the high quality photos valuable as Promotors are a couple of hours drive from me through to the detailed car history, they made the buying process really easy with no sales pressure. Great car, great service! I highly recommend them!

I bought a lovely white Audi TT from this garage and I had no problems whatsoever with them. They made extra effort to stay open so I could view the car and the whole buying process was very easy. The car was prepped nicely for me to pick up, although I did have a drivers door problem not long after buying the car they sorted it quickly and with no hassle at all. Considering it wasn't particularly cheap to repair either! Would definitely recommend these guys, they have some lovely cars in the showroom and well worth a visit!

Such a refreshing change from the horrid car supermarkets etc who just continually mention extra fees for this and that. Also they normally only have big standard cars. But the approach is so very refreshingly different at Promotors!! The best kept cars fully loaded with extras. Such nice trusting people to deal with, who do as they say. The car is in mint condition, drives like new, so nice to drive it’s seems to use more petrol than I anticipated but what a pleasure to drive!! But back to Promotors. I would 100% recommended them to anyone. And would be my first port of call if I buy another car, as it looks like this one is a keeper!!

I have recently purchased a beautiful Mercedes from this garage. I found the car after looking for months and having seen a few cars that just weren't up to scratch, my budget was quite tight for what I was looking for. When I went to see the car, I was welcomed by the salesman, George, and left to look around the car without him looking over my shoulder all the time, which was my experience at other garages that I had been to. I decided that I wanted the car but want slightly more for my part exchange than they offered. George then said to leave it with him and he would see if he could get any more money for me. He called me back a couple of hours later and told me that he could offer me the money I was after and we concluded the deal over the phone. A couple of days later, I collected the car and it was prepared to the highest standard, every niggle that I pointed out to George when I had my test drive was rectified and the hand over was very simple and straightforward - a very pleasant experience! A true test of a company is how they react should you have an issue after they have your money and unfortunately I did have reason to put this to the test. About a month after I had collected my car, some sort of an inlet valve failed excuse my ignorance when it comes to mechanics and I took the car to my local Mercedes specialist to get the diagnosis done. I sent through the report to Promotors and without question, they told me to get the work done and then they would pay for the works by debit card direct to the specialist. I really could not recommend this garage to anyone enough. I will definitely be looking them up the next time I change my car!

First class Service! We literally phoned up in the morning, brought our car and picked it up the same day. Fantastic service. Really genuine people who aren't pushy. Immaculate cars. We are so pleased with ours. Even the after sales service was just second to none. Couldn't rate higher.
