Was to do a delivery and collection and was screamed at on the tanoy by an obnoxious woman called Mary Stevenson who completely lost it with me because I had not got the correct reference number on the paperwork, I checked with the lorry driver waiting behind me who was a regular there and knew about Mary Stevenson who apparently has the reputation of being horrible, he could not see the reference number on my paperwork neither, I returned to the tanoy and I could hear her cackling on the other end of the tanoy and telling other people in the office. Never did deliver or collect, I`m not being spoken to like that and I will never deliver there again, wonder how much money it has cost the company?

the only reason they are getting a 1* is because there are no zero stars.6 weeks on and no sign of the order. Speaking to their call centre, they first claim that they do not have stock until July, which then turns into one part of the order being available tomorrow. They do not seem to be able to effectively track inventory versus orders. You should be able to track you order online, however that is difficult because you need two parts of the order to be able to track: your order reference and the ''sold to'' information, which was not provided with the order confirmation from well over 5 weeks ago.
Scammer company. I ordred an US miner, they don't have it in stock, they refused to cancel my order and they sent me an EU model. Never trust them... Scammers
Goods in gate security . Lady at intercom rude in a big way. No manners or people skills. Constantly asking her to repeat herself as thee intercom is dodgy she took it as an offence and tried to get back at me by being racist and joking about my accent indirectly. Shame on you.
